Large King suite with fold out desk, 2 double sized bunk beds plus trundle single bed ( can sleep 4 adults). 2 bedroom suite complete with fully equipped kitchen, bath, laundry, plus queen pull out couch. Next to Georgian Bay trails, steps to swimming +++ 8 minutes from Blue Mountain, Scandinave Spa +++. Discount at restaurant. Walk or short drive to downtown Collingwood, Galaxy movie theatre, restaurants +++We live in upper unit so not a party home, but we are fun hosts and very reasonable and open minded. Fantastic!

We are a family of 4 with 2 young kids and we stayed in the house for 2 nights. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! The location was fantastic and the hosts were terrific! Highly recommend it and we will be back!

A Great Place

Russ and Karen have a great quiet place which they have decorated well. There is privacy, wonderful spots outside to sit, a great area for walking and collinwood has so much that is within walking distance. We enjoyed ourselves very much!

Sister’s Weekend

We had a great weekend here even though I hurt my ankle and required my knee scooter. I was able to manage getting around the apartment using my scooter. Coming in and leaving was a bit trickier as I needed to get up and down the stairs. The hosts were so kind and gave some suggestions on activities during our stay. They would check in periodically with us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The little details like having breakfast foods there, toiletries in the bathroom, little chocolate beside the beds so nice. We would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends and family for future visits!

Hosts are amazing! Be clearer in posting that it's a basement.

Honestly, the nicest hosts. They have so many little extra's. FRESH fruit and croissants. Bed is REALLY comfy. Lots of clean bedding. Only downside is it was not clear in description that it's a basement apartment.

If you want a perfect place to stay during your vacation, we suggest Russell and Karen as host!! Near everything like grocery, restaurant, beach, blue-mountain and bicycle trail. If you forgot something in your logguage, i’m sure you will find one there. Many many extra waiting for you to show up😉. Now that you made the reservation…. enjoy it

Home away from Home

Our hosts were outstanding, very attentive and only a text away. The basement unit was immaculate, bright and cozy. We had the the opportunity to utilize the backyard, swimming at cranberry golf club and the gym and pool at living waters. The amenities were fantastic. Everything was provided in the house for a wonderful stay including breakfast options. Our grandson who is three enjoyed the little basket of toys and played his first game of hungry hungry hippos lol . We would definitely go back. Our adult children felt the same and it was a great family weekend. Thank you Russ and Karen for a wonderful time!

Elegant Escape in Beautiful Collingwood

Karen and Russ welcomed us to their bright, spacious & spotlessly clean apartment which was festively decorated for the holidays. There was fresh fruit, croissants, other breakfast fixings as well as other treats. They provide a binder of very useful information along with some maps & pamplets of local sites.The entire apartment is spacious & beautifully decorated. The living room is bright & comfy with 2 lovely sofas, large smart TV with Bell & WiFi connectivity. There is good high speed WiFi throughout. The light flooded through the large windows & the general lighting is dimmable to create a lovely ambience for TV watching, dining, as well as bright for meal prep. The kitchen was amazing with full size appliances & very well equipped with coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cooking equipment & plenty of dishes, glasses & cutlery. If there was something you might not find the hosts are very accommodating to provide any assistance. The main bedroom is spacious with a very comfortable King bed & ample pillows & blankets. The bathroom is modern with an excellent shower & many added touches.The apartment is centrally located to downtown Collingwood, hiking trails, shore of Georgian Bay & a short drive to skiing. Communication with Karen & Russ was excellent. They promptly answered our questions & offered helpful suggestions. Russ shoveled the snow numerous times & even cleaned off our car!Karen & Russ, we cannot thank you enough for making our 10 day stay extra-special.
