A country home to start your adventure.

PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING THE HOME! This home is approximately 3500 square feet located in West Haven Utah. There is a master bedroom on the main floor and has a jetted tub. 4 additional bedrooms are upstairs. It is 10 minutes from downtown Ogden, just 40 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. In 35 minutes you can be at Snowbasin enjoying a day of skiing. Attractions within 30 minutes include Lagoon amusement park, and Cherry Hill water park and Pineview dam. Salt Lake International airport is 45 minutes from this home. There is a big backyard that is fenced for privacy and features a relaxing patio and bbq grill. Kitchen is fully furnished.

NOTE!!!!!!
The basement of the home has a separate private entrance and is living quarters for the owners. (There are NO shared common areas inside of the home.) Therefore there are no parties allowed in the home. Quiet time is between 11pm and 7am. We ask that you are respectful of our home and our privacy.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The place is huge and all of the rooms were so comfortable, and perfect for my family to stay for my wedding. Terrific, clean home. Main floor has a large living room, open kitchen, and spacious primary bedroom. The four bedrooms upstairs (one of which has a sitting area with a TV), and bathroom were comfortable and had lots of pillows, fans, and closet-space. In a safe neighborhood, close to Ogden. Would stay here again!

Beautiful and large home.

This home was located within 5 minutes of my daughter's wedding venue in Hooper. It's a large beautiful home with a nice kitchen that has everything you need. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. It has a huge master bedroom with a jetted bathtub and shower. The couch is huge, but sadly older and not very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

A Beautiful Home!

This is a beautiful property! We stayed here as a family for our Father In Laws funeral in Ogden. The location is perfect! Scott, the owner, was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. This property was Awesome! The decor and furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The beds were wonderful. Plenty of linens, blankets & towels for our family of 8. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal which we did several times. The cleanliness was spot on. Scott was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The neighborhood was extremely desirable. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family for any stay they might need in the Salt Lake or Ogden area.

Beautiful Family Home

We had a lovely stay at this spacious home. We were supplied with plenty of towels, extra blankets and other little comforts like soaps, laundry detergent and herbal teas for those who don’t drink coffee. The back patio and lawn is beautiful but we only sat out there for a short while as it was a hot week. Scott is an excellent host and we would stay again! My only complaint would be that the next door neighbors have a dog that maybe got let out too long and was barking in the lawn.

A nice gathering place

the stay was very nice . the kitchen had most things that you would need for producing a dinner. the microwave is very old and the griddle has no numbers on the warming element. the upstairs bedrooms were adequate size- we only had 1 overnight stay other than ourselves the master bedroom was very spacious. the matress was fair but needs to be better for the price we paid. the shower pressure was very poor . the owner was very good to work with and was available and helpful in our checkin. the neighborhood is very nice as well.

Friends and family in Utah to help with a work project

This house was perfect for our group. We came from Colorado to help our daughter and son-in-law finish their basement. It was only 20 minutes from their house, plenty big for everyone to have their own space and get a good nights rest. The kitchen was nice and big and the common areas were great for our group. We all enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the evenings too. Scott was very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
