About this property

Ocean Views, Neighborhood Beach, A/C, 5 Beds

This five bedroom home offers three spacious floors of living, central air conditioning and incredible ocean views. The first floor features two bedrooms, full bathroom and living area. On the second floor there are three additional bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms open onto the second floor, ocean facing deck. There is a large master suite with a separate seating area and ensuite bathroom. The third level is a spacious open floor plan of the kitchen, dining and living room. Breakwater Village Association beach is a short walk away as are shops and seafood restaurants.

For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
