Enjoy all the comforts of home in this fully furnished 3 bedroom, 1 Bathroom cottage for rent conveniently located in the Scarborough Beach area of Narragansett. Wall mounted, flat screen TV's in every bedroom. Large closets and dressers with ample storage space. Ceiling fans in every room. Sleeps 6 people. There are three queen size beds. Please bring: sheets for queen size beds, pillow case and towels. Paper products are provided.

Amenities include: Central A/C, natural gas heat, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, fully appliances kitchen, front loading washer and dryer, bath tub with glass shower enclosure, Keurig coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, large flat screen TV in living room, cable TV, DVD player and a large selection of DVD's, wireless internet, deck with lighted canopy and outdoor living room area, patio set.

The exterior is landscaped with gorgeous plantings on a quiet, dead-end street. The coastal inspired landscape design includes: A small white sailing dinghy filled with beautiful flowers, a nautical rope fence, flower beds accented with white sea shells and bordered with beach stones, a crushed sea shell driveway and path. Take a relaxing nap in the shade on the large hammock outside. Located within walking distance to Cumberland Farms. No Smoking or Pets Allowed.

Property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Wifi was very fast, even with multiple users.While noted in the property's description, travelers (especially by air) should be aware that they must bring their own sheets and pillow cases. Pillows and blankets are provided by hosts.Location is safe, quiet, and easy to find. Scarborough State Beach is a pleasant walk away through a nice residential neighborhood. Restaurant choices and other retail services are relatively limited in the immediate area, and are more concentrated a short drive to the north; however, the lack of commercial traffic made for a lot calmer and peaceful environment to enjoy this part of Narragansett.Tom & Jane have a wonderful home that serves as a convenient base for exploring the RI coast, as well as a destination itself to just relax away from the crowds. We especially enjoyed the screened-in outdoor sitting area in the evening.

Our stay was everything we hoped for. Great communication with the host along with great suggestions to make our visit to the area complete. House was extremely clean and had everything you would need…fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding and a washer/dryer in the bathroom. We highly recommend staying here.

The outdoor gazebo is where we spent most of our time such a nice getaway

Beds were comfortable kitchen very well stocked except no griddle pan for pancakes host was excellent I wasn’t familiar with kurig coffee pot so he brought me a regular coffee pot very attentive
The trolls at benefit park are a must see

Loved Narragansett!

We had a wonderful time! The home is very comfortable, we had everything we needed, the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, bagel/coffee shop withing walking distance, close to the beach/BI ferry/restaurants/shopping.

The house was perfect! Very clean and a ton of amenities, the central AC was a huge bonus! Everything is well maintained with a lot of nice touches. Very close to the beach and local restaurants. Tom was excellent to communicate with.

Great location

This was a great property and the host was very helpful and organized. My daughter and a couple of her friends stayed here for a graduation weekend get away. They were very happy with the location and property as a whole. Would highly recommend.

Very comfortable home!

We loved staying here. Close to everything. The only thing is we wish the house had a smart TV so we could have signed into our streaming channels. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious comfortable cottage

This cottage is comfortable and well-stocked, in a perfect location, and the owners are friendly and helpful. The gazebo made the entire trip. I hope I can rent it again next summer.

Tom's cottage is fantastic, well located in Narragansett, it's spacious, you have all the kitchen necessities, the outdoor shower, the beds are very cumfortable, the A/C is very good too.
