The space is thoughtfully equipped — truly, just bring your toothbrush. The living room is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring or before heading out for the evening. The dining table works equally well for meals, games, or remote work if needed.

The cozy kitchen features full-size stainless appliances, a washer/dryer, and a stocked coffee bar. Grab a cup and take a short stroll to the waterfront to watch shrimp boats heading out and dolphins playing in the harbor.

The 2BR/1.5 Bath townhouse comfortably sleeps up to four guests:

• Queen bedroom, upstairs, overlooking the peaceful private courtyard that is equipped with outdoor dining and lounge seating

• Second bedroom, upstairs, with two twin beds and beautiful morning light overlooks a historic college campus.

We love Beaufort and want you to love the town just as much...so we applied all we learned from our travels for your convenience! You'll have quick access to so many outstanding shops and restaurants, or quiet walks past historic mansions and formal gardens which transport us all to another era.

Why they chose this property

Location! Location! Location! Although it is a 20th century townhouse, our wonderful neighborhood is the 304 acre Landmark Historic District which includes beautiful huge historic mansions! Walk right out the door into an Antebellum history!
