5 Stars 10 across the board!

Great hosts, 2 minute walk to the private beach area-two different accesses, exceptionally clean, lots of extra amenities included: if you forgot something, they probably have it or will get it for you. Will definitely recommend and rebook for next year this quiet, relaxing oasis!

Spectacular View

When we saw the photograph of the wine glasses on the table of the private deck with that stunning view of the warm waters of the Northumberland Strait we couldn’t believe our luck when we found 3 nights available in the sea of the already booked. Marc & Joanne were the perfect hosts giving us the ideal blend of helpful info & the peaceful privacy we needed.
Every evening this was our view at our supper.

Amazing place & hosts

We enjoyed very much our stay by the ocean, the view/sunsets were phenomenal, the beach is a short walk. There are other beach options, and places to visit on a short drive as well. The unit was perfect, fully equipped; there are beach towels and chairs are available! Marc and Joanne are the best hosts. We highly recommend this rental, look forward to going back soon. Perfect beach vacation spot!

Tranquility

A beautiful spot to land for a few days! The apt. was perfect!Everything you could need/want has been thought of, including very luxurious towels, comfy bedding etc. You overlook the ocean, and this is a great spot for enjoying sunsets!The ocean beach is close by and again, great chairs/beach towels provided. Marc and Joanne live in the rest of the house, so close at hand if you have questions or need anything. They are both very kind and lovely people. Definitely would come back and highly recommend.

Everything you need to stay and more have been provided. Marc and Joanne have some lovely surprises as well. In my opinion, the pictures do not do it justice. We had a wonderful time even though we had mostly rain. We would definitely recommend it to a friend and stay again if in the area.

Wow! The Sunsets!

What a piece of paradise. This was a great home base for exploring the area, and simply relaxing. Marc and Joanne were such great hosts. Their property is beautiful and well maintained. So clean and fresh. The apartment was very well equipped. Marc’s communication was excellent and he wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. The beach was gorgeous! We even did some clamming one day and steamed them up! Thanks again Marc and Joanne!

Lovely home and lovely hosts

Marc and Joanne were amazing folks to deal with, very responsive and kind. They showed us around the property when we arrived and we had some great conversations. The property was exactly as shown, we enjoyed the sunset on the porch and watched a thunderstorm passing over the Northumberland Straight. In the morning we sat and had breakfast outdoors with the sounds of birds and the sea. We will definitely rebook again next year.

Paradise found

This little slice of heaven exceeded our expectations in every way. Our lovely hosts were gracious and welcoming. The property was immaculate and every possible amenity was provided or available if requested. The Ocean views were spectacular and the Sunsets from the private balcony couldn't be beat. My Wife and I enjoyed our stay so much if we could give more than a 10 out of 10 we would. A return visit goes without saying. Beautiful Cottage at Beaubassin Est. Stayed June 29 - July 6 2024

We rec'd a warm welcome from the owners upon our arrival. The apt was immaculate and fully equipped. We had access to outdoor areas and enjoyed the comfy patio furniture and propane fireplace. The grounds of the property are very well maintained with many beautiful flowers. The beach is lovely, we enjoyed long walks daily. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises can be enjoyed from the 2 private decks. The owners are phenomenal hosts and we enjoyed great conversations. Marc and Joanne clearly pay attention to detail & take great pride in their truly gorgeous property. We definitely hope to return and sincerely recommend this vacation property. Paul & Pat

Absolutely one of the best places we have stayed. Marc met us when we arrived and walked us through the suite, showing us where everything was. Communication was excellent, immediate response to any questions. Check-in and check out was seamless. Check out was literally "Leave the key, you are our guest". The unit was sparkling clean with all the amenities we needed plus a basket of things you might have forgotten. Sunset and sunrise views to die for and a lovely deck to enjoy them. Or from the bench seat/reading nook in the bedroom! Walk right out onto the beach to dip your toes in the ocean. The location was great for driving into Moncton, Magnetic Hill, Shediac, Hopewell Rocks, Fundy National Park, the beach at Bouctouche Dune, and so much more. Absolutely would stay again.

WWhat can two people ask for nothing better than the two of these marvellous marvellous wonderful people that stayed with us I so would rent to them in a heartbeat. I gave them five stars on everything and I don’t know why that house rules only showed four, but they were perfect on everything.
