Capri 107 Downtown Traverse City

This condo was just completed in 2020! Walk to everything downtown Traverse City has to offer! It is a one bedroom, one bathroom condo with a king size bed in the bedroom and an upgraded memory foam queen pull out leather sofa in the living room. We have black out blinds in the bedroom and black out curtains in the living room. It is only 3 blocks to the beach! It is only 2 blocks to Front Street which is home to great shopping and amazing restaurants! There are also some of our favorite restaurants/bars that are within 1 block of the condo. Easily walk to the Cherry Festival, fireworks or the Film Festival. The Old Town Playhouse is across the street. Take a short drive to the hiking or biking trails in Leelanau or Mission Peninsula or explore the Sleeping Bear National Shoreline and Sand dunes. Take some time to enjoy the wineries, breweries and cider houses that the area has to offer. We use an electronic lock that we will set to the last 4 digits of your phone number which allows for simple check in/check out.

Loved the condo. Very clean, cozy, modern and well maintained. Location was excellent and we were able to walk to lots of shopping and dining. It was quiet and the black out blinds and curtains were an added bonus for sleeping. The area and building felt very safe and instructions for entry were wonderful. Definitely recommend this!

We've stayed at Capri multiple times over the years and it's always a great experience. Unfortunately, we had quite a few hiccups during this trip. The directions were not clear on how to get into the building, however, our host was very accessible and helpful to explain where to go. The biggest bump with the trip was that the listing said the unit includes parking, however our building was the one building that did not get parking. Because of this, our car was towed. We spent the morning finding where my car was, getting to the tow yard and then finally getting my car. The company said they had towed seven cars from this complex in the last five days. We ended up paying about 60 in parking structure after we picked up my car. I would just be sure to add in 25 - 30/ night to your trip costs if you're staying here because you cannot park in the lot.

I am truly sorry that your car was towed. I understand how frustrating and upsetting that must have been. As soon as I became aware of the situation, I assisted you immediately. I offered to drive you to retrieve your vehicle and also more than covered the cost of getting your car back. The exact address and parking instructions are provided in the welcome message, along with information about the location of the property and what it faces. The message also specifically explains that there are only four parking spaces directly behind the condo, and those spaces are first come, first serve. Unfortunately, the vehicle was parked in a different lot, where there is a large, clearly posted sign stating that vehicles without a parking permit will be towed. While I certainly understand how frustrating the situation was, the towing occurred because the vehicle was parked in an area that was not designated for the condo and was clearly marked as requiring a permit. I am very sorry this happened, and I did everything I could to assist you once I was made aware of the situation.

Pre Cherry Festival Stay

This condo was perfect for our mini stay in Traverse City! The location was within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and the beach! The host was amazing and very responsive when I was having connectivity issues. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was perfect! Very clean, it had everything even extra pillows! So convenient and it is was right next to the parking garage it was so easy. The location was walkable to everything, shopping, dining and the water. We will be back, there are more golf courses to conquer!

Perfect stay in Traverse City

We only had a day in Traverse City and wanted to stay in town. This property was super convenient and a short walk to shops, restaurants and the water. Owner provided easy instructions on accessing the unit. It was clean, cozy and the perfect size for us.

Perfect Condo

Our stay at the Capri Condo was perfect! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed. We truly felt at home. It was in a great location in Traverse City. We could walk to several bistros. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a big plus. We would definitely stay here again!

Super place to stay in Traverse City

The lovely 1 bedroom/1Bath condo was perfect for our needs. It was close to the downtown, well stocked and spotlessly clean. Host was good communicator. It was an attractive condo and pleasant place to stay. But be prepared to pay the extra $20/day for the parking garage next door as free parking by the unit was hard to come by. We would stay here again

We enjoy exploring new areas but our favorite places to travel are Mackinaw Island and the Caribbean! Traverse City used to be one of our favorite places to visit, so we moved here in 2006.
