Property was in a great location! Walking distance to most places. Parking was limited but a nearby parking garage was available for free from 6pm to 8am. Beautiful subfloor rental. Host was easy to communicate with and directions for checkin were very clear.

The condo was exactly what we needed and was true to the listing. The space was just right. I can be a little picky and I found it to be very clean. It is a great location for walking to restaurants, shopping and downtown amenities. It was also centrally located to be able to go to Torch Lake, Sleeping Bear Dunes and local golf courses without too much drive time. There was very limited onsite parking, but the parking garage next door served our needs. Perfect getaway for two.

This condo was great for a wedding weekend in traverse city!! Everything we needed! Parking was easy and we were able to walk right into town! Host was very communicative and apartment was clean and comfortable.

The upfront damage deposit shouldnt be cashed or banked til after the stay not beforehand. Too many messages with different info with stay details. Should be consolidated into one email with access codes address wifi map and directions to the parking lot off cass not on lake. Also the parking fees are expensive. There should be free parking in the lot for every unit in the complex.Thanks
