endroit super calme, proche de la ville et des commerces. c'est vraiment un petit logement agréable et bien équipé. juste quelques légers points de propreté qui pourraient êtres amélioré mais qui n'ont pas eut de consequences sur la locatuon.

appartement très bien situé, dans une résidence propre et calme

beaucoup à voir autour de sarzeau, bonne situation pour faire le tour du golfe et accéder aux plages et commerces.
