Lovely Stay and Quiet Location

Nice decorations, very clean, comfortable bed and sofa. Would love to return in the future! Loved how cozy the fireplace was.

This was a great place to stay. The location was excellent. The kitchen is well stocked. It is actually fully functional with good quality items. You can easily cook full meals here. I have nothing but positive things to say about my stay here.

Lovely Space

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful and well-tended loft apartment. Plenty of room. In a perfect place close to outdoor activities and the services in Maxama.

Great get away location.

Wonderful place. It had everything you need. We slept with the windows open and the babbling creek lulls you to sleep. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit. The location with close to everything you need. The Freestone Lodge was handy for dinner.

Winter skiing

The property was just as described. This is a well appointed rental with easy access to the Methow ski trails and just a mile from beautiful Mazama.

Loved is a understatement for how much we enjoyed our stay and mazama! Hope to do it again soon! The cabin was clean very well equipped and the hosts are more than sweet. We wish we could have stayed the rest of our trip there.

Beautiful, scenic cabin!

We loved our stay at Goat Peak Loft! The owners were so nice, greeting us upon arrival and making sure we had all the area info and reco’s. The cabin was beautiful, with such homey and nice decor! There ware even Adirondack chairs on the creek bank for a relaxing coffee or to unwind. Everything we needed was right there! The Mountain View from our cabin window was amazing! We cooked in each night and the kitchen was modern and had everything needed. The scenery in North Cascades was unbelievable, with great hiking. The Mazama general store was great too, with so many gifts and great food items. We just wished we could have stayed longer, it was so hard to leave this beautiful place! We hope to visit here again!

A gorgeous cascades retreat

We can’t say enough how much we loved this place. It was well stocked, gorgeously decorated, and just a short drive from the charming town of Winthrop. There were so many thoughtful touches and we were very comfortable throughout our stay. We highly recommend to other travelers and would love to come back!

Gem in the Methow

We spent 4 nights here and just loved it! The loft is perfect and the kitchen really well equipped. It is super quiet with ski trails practically right out the door. Duane and Kebbie are great hosts both attentive and respectful of your space. We plan to come back!

Enjoyable Stay

The property was great! The drive-way was plowed promptly after a big snow storm, and we had a covered parking spot. Access to the trail is very easy, less than 2 minutes. The facilities were very comfortable. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying at Goat Peak Loft! It was impeccably clean and gorgeously appointed. It was also an easy drive to Maple Pass Loop. Highly recommend!

goat peak loft july 1st

Very comfortable place for 2 people. New: (can still smell the pine from the molding/construction). Quite nice (think Salish Lodge or Sun Peaks Lodge), but private. Well and tastefully appointed. Winthrop was 90 degrees when we drove through, but we were quite comfortable with the windows/ceiling fans/ & babbling brook near by. We brought our own food but could use the Fire Stone Inn Lodge or Mazama Store. Close access to things we wanted to do.
