Located on the fourth floor of low-density Romar Place in Orange Beach, Romar Place 404 offers 1,301 suare feet of comfort just steps from the sugar-white sand and turquoise waters of the Gulf.

This family friendly beach condo features a fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer and a luxurious master bathroom with a relaxing garden tub/shower.

Sleeping accommodations include:

*King bed in the Gulf front master bedroom with private bath and oversized tub

*Two twin beds in the third bedroom

*Two rollaways, a Pack 'n Play and a high chair for little ones
