Our spacious, air-conditioned four-bedroom, two-level Sunriver vacation home spreads out over 3,268 square feet of living space, including a bunk/game room for epic family game nights, two comfortable king ensuite bedrooms, and a cozy wood fireplace. All of this, plus you will be just a short walk from Fort Rock Park.

The main level features an open concept space with living, dining, and kitchen areas bathed in great natural light, plus two king ensuite bedrooms and a half bathroom. The spacious living room with large TV opens up to the dining area with seating for 8, which looks out onto a sunlit deck - a great place to BBQ on the gas grill or soak under the stars in the private hot tub. Enjoy putting together family meals in our roomy, fully equipped kitchen with a wine cooler.

A flight of stairs takes you up to the second level with two more bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom; the first is a spacious room with two queen beds, the second is a game room with two pyramid bunks. The game room is a great place to snuggle up and enjoy your favorite movie, read a book, or play a game of pool. An electric vehicle charger is located in the garage for your convenience.

This home has a Level 2 standard EV charger, including the standard cord and plug. Please bring your own Tesla adapter, if needed.

Shampoo, conditioner, zip lock bags, tin foil, and saran wrap are available for guest use in the home.

Though not on the same street, Flat Top 11 is a great home to book together with Irish Mountain 6 to have your entire group close together.

Sunriver is packed with activities everyone will love! Bike the 40+ miles of scenic trails, float the Deschutes River, or spend the day at the SHARC Aquatic Center. Families enjoy Sunriver Village for shopping and dining, and the nearby observatory for amazing stargazing. In winter, hit the slopes at Mt. Bachelor just 20 minutes away, or enjoy snowshoeing and ice skating right in the village.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes, and the person reserving must occupy the home for the whole reservation.

Fun for all

Overall this house fit our family and it’s needs. The upstairs bunk room was the perfect hang out for our teen boys. Downstairs was spacious for everyone to relax- watch the football game on TV to building a puzzle. Hot tub was a nice touch and pool table rocked.

Roomy place.

The place was really roomy with a huge kitchen with tons of counterspace. The bedrooms each had a private bathroom and one bedroom upstairs had a great space to gather and play pool with it's own balcony. The location is right across from Fort Rick Park so great for kids and dogs.

The only issue is the gas grill is in need of professional cleaning and maintenance. Experienced a dangerous grease fire.

It was very easy to book and the house was very accommodating for 10 people. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook any meal. It was nice to have all of our own bathrooms. The only pitfall was the refrigerator was an old garbage one being it was dented and very small. The jacuzzi tub upstairs did not work. Other than those two issues it was excellent and the family enjoyed themselves.

Great Family House

Check in was so easy and communication with the property management company was great. The house is in a great location next to the park. We had a large family and the house layout was amazing because every one had their own space and bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals. We would love to stay here again!
