About this property

Luxurious beachfront condo. This beautiful and fully equipped 4th floor corner unit has a large deck and amazing beach views. There are 3 br 3 full baths 2 hall bunks and a foldout sofa. Free beach service is provided. This corner unit offers stunning Gulf views from the open concept living/dining /kitchen and primary suite along with an oversized balcony for your morning coffee or a glass of wine while watching a breathtaking Emerald Coast sunset. Relax in the peaceful atmosphere of Okaloosa Island while enjoying the proximity of Destin just down the road. Same floor parking means easy access to this vacation home-no need to take an elevator or stairs as you load and unload.

Our condo offers plenty of room for the whole family to make lasting vacation memories. Private balcony access from the primary bedroom and the main living area give you a chance to take in the panoramic view of the coast line. Take advantage of the many amenities including a heated pool in the winter, fitness center, numerous fun attractions nearby, and of course the pure white sand beaches and clear Gulf waters of Okaloosa Island.

Recent updates include waterproof LVP flooring throughout; fully stocked kitchen with new quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and tile backsplash; primary suite bathroom has two sink areas with new quartz countertops; shower and bathtub. Each of the bedrooms has its own TV and easy access to a full bathroom. Twin bunks are located in a niche in the hallway and pullout sofa provides another bed.

The Resort
Waters Edge is a premier property on Okaloosa Island with two pools (one heated), charcoal grills, gazebo and lawn area below our condo, covered parking if desired, free wifi/internet, fitness center and so much more. Our family enjoys the convenience of more than a dozen restaurants within 11/2 miles and a Tom Thumb convenience store 2 doors away. There is a hotel next door with a restaurant and beach bars nearby.

The Best VRBO we have stayed in yet!

This trip was a little slice of paradise, and the accommodations were outstanding. They had everything so well supplied and clean. Thank you for making it feel like our home away from home. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets and great weather!

Great place to stay

We were pleased with this property. It was clean and exactly what we needed for my family and grandkids. The 4th floor was so convenient with parking on the top and close to our condo. Had an issue with a locked bathroom when we got there, that was quickly resolved. The key pad to the room quit working and it was quickly resolved also. Couldn't ask for a quicker response to the issues we had that were taken care of so promptly. We would stay there again. Great Place!

Our family is from Colorado. We have enjoyed the pure white sand beaches of Okaloosa Island for years. The combination of great fishing, great restaurants, the best beaches and a multitude of activities for children and adults make this location ideal! We really enjoy sharing our "SeaDream" piece of heaven with our guests. When guests tell us how much above their expectations their visit was and return to visit us every year it makes all our efforts worthwhile!

Why they chose this property

We feel Okaloosa Island is the best place to vacation in the area. The Island has a quieter less commercial atmosphere than other nearby areas. The convenience of being within walking distance to Okaloosa fishing pier and so many restaurants are reasons to be here in addition to the pristine beaches.
