Beautiful Beach Front Condo, Double Balcony, End Unit #403

Imagine enjoying your morning coffee or juice on our 28 foot fourth floor balcony overlooking the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sands of the beach on Okaloosa Island. The living, dining and kitchen areas all look out the "wall of glass" giving you an amazing view of the beach.

This unit has a master suite with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, two vanities and a separate tub and stone shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and an adjoining full bathroom with new stone shower. The third bedroom has two twin-size beds. There is another full bathroom in the hall. Extra bedding is provided in the full-size sofa bed. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and all the bedrooms.

The beaches of Okaloosa Island are wider and less crowded than Destin and the prices are better! We are about two miles from the Gulfarium and numerous excellent restaurants. It is six miles to Destin and approximately 15 miles to the huge Silver Sands Outlet Mall! You can also reach many beautiful golf courses within minutes.

Wonderful Condo

Waters Edge condo never disappoints and this unit was fantastic! It met all of our needs and felt like home. The view was spectacular and the owner was so easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach Getaway!

Our family and friends had a great relaxing stay at Phil’s place. The condo is very nice and had an amazing ocean view. We watched dolphins every morning on the roomy balcony with our coffee. His place felt homey and it met all of our needs. We would stay there again.

Fabulous!

It was great for the six of us! Three bathrooms was a plus! Beds were comfy - and my 12 year thought the pullout was super comfy as well. Great view that you cannot beat!

The condo was just perfect for our group of 6. It was clean and well-maintained. Loved the corner balcony and access to the beach. The pool was very nice as an alternative to being on the beach. The unit was everything we needed and then some to make our stay enjoyable. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a family friendly place to stay.

Beautiful Condo just as advertised. Unique layout provides a very big comfortable living space in which to enjoy each others company. And with the glass doors spanning the entire gulf side of condo and the extra large balcony doing the same the view is incomparable!

FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY

We had such a good time being close to a lot of entertainment and we were right on the beach. The condo was so cozy, it felt like home and that's we all loved about it. Every morning we were on the beach taking in sunshine, then spent the afternoon enjoying local activities and entertainment. The Tiki Boats to Crab Island were terrific for our group. Our host was most helpful and we hope to be back again. Liz K

Beautiful Condo

We were in Ft Walton Beach for my daughter’s wedding. We have a large extended family and we’re spread out throughout a number of condo complexes. Everyone who stopped by ours all said that ours was the best! The only damper on the week was the weather but we managed to still have a wonderful time!

403 (July 22-26)

Phil is an excellent host. The property is in a wonderful location with beautiful views from the balcony. The family enjoyed the beach in the a.m. and the spacious pool in the afternoon. When we were indoors, our party of six had plenty of room to spread out. There are an abundance of nearby places to eat out or leave for day excursions. We had an overall wonderful experience. We would confidently recommend this property to friends and family.

Excellent condo

This was our first time in Destin, and staying in this condo was definitely a treat! The views from the balcony are wonderful. The condo itself was very comfortable for entire family, and having three full baths with teenage boys was downright luxurious for Mom at least! Even though we had plenty of room to spread out, we all migrated to the balcony most of our time and enjoyed the views, sounds, and peacefulness. We had a few little questions for the host, and he was exceptionally speedy to respond, and very helpful. 10 out of 10 we would stay here again. Thanks for sharing your happy place!

Great Space

This property was exactly as advertised. Our group of 7 (4 Adults and 3 Kids) had plenty of space to relax. The pool gave us a great place to go when the waves were a little to big for the littles. Only negative I would give is that the building management is a little ridiculous when it comes to items outside your door. Twice we left our beach wagon outside while we ate lunch and dinner and each time we had a note left on the door. Granted on multiple occasions we saw other items left outside other doors for several days in a row. All in all a great place and would stay here again.

Second Stay

We’ve stayed in a handful of places, both in Fort Walton and Destin. This is the only place we’ve stayed twice. We couldn’t have been happier with the decision to stay at this unit again. This is the perfect spot!

Fantastic family vacation

Phil was so responsive to our needs! And we had everything in the condo we needed for our trip! Lots of space for 3 adults, 3 kids (ages 7-11). Location and view was perfect!! We will definitely want to come back!! We went to Navarre Beach and got some fantastic shells!! We did boat to Crab Island and the gator experience at Fudpuckers which the kids enjoyed. We enjoyed Dewey’s snowcones multiple times. And thoroughly enjoyed just hanging out on the beach!!

Family friendly

A large family group (24) stayed in a total of 4 condos in early April. Everyone thought ours was the nicest! Very clean property (the caretakers were out constantly), pool was perfect since we couldn't go in the ocean (riptide warnings). Phil was very responsive to messages/questions from me. Highly recommend!
