Beautiful ranch-style home with open floor plan on a huge lot in historic North Augusta! 3 bedrooms (4th available upon request) with TVs, 3 full bathrooms (one in each bedroom), and an office. Living room, kitchen, breakfast, and sitting areas are all open with double french doors opening out to the back porch. There's plenty of parking on a large flat area and a two-car garage. Master bedroom and bath are wheelchair accessible. Wi-Fi, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, Paramount+, etc included with rental. Only 6 miles from the course, 2 miles from downtown Augusta, 2 miles from Riverview Park, 3 miles from I-20, 11 miles from Augusta Regional Airport, and just minutes from many restaurants, golf courses, and entertainment.
