180 Degree Ocean view penthouse right in town

Welcome to this beautifully custom built, two story penthouse!

This penthouse comes with four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and has some of the best 180 degree ocean views in Tamarindo. This penthouse is part of the Diria Resort- the only beachfront resort in Tamarindo, and is the largest penthouse condo within the resort and is 3500 square feet. This spacious and luxury condo has plenty of room for guests to spread out and relax and is only seconds away from the beach!

On the first floor you will find the kitchen, living room, dining area, and two guest bedrooms. The kitchen comes with all updated Viking Professional appliances, custom wood cabinets and countertops. There is also a large dining table/space where guests can enjoy meals together. The living area includes a pool table and private bar overlooking the ocean. The living area also includes a large plasma TV. One guest suite includes a queen bed and private bathroom. The other includes a king bed and private bathroom.

On the second floor you will find the master suite and another guest suite. The master suite has a king bed, private bathroom, smart TV, and amazing ocean views. The guest suite has a king bed, private bathroom, and ocean views. This property can sleep 8-10 people comfortably- perfect for larger groups! All bedrooms are spacious and have private full bathrooms.

The Diria Condominiums are the most sought after vacation rentals in Tamarindo due to their ambiance, exclusivity, central location to shops, beaches, and restaurants. As a guest of this property you have guaranteed access to the 10,000 Square feet of the Diria`s amenities such as their free form pool with a swim-up bar as well as many restaurants, bars, shops and beach access through the resort during your stay.
Please note that this does not include access to the beachfront pool or lounges by the beach that’s only for hotel guests

Will be available before during and after your stay to make sure you have more than a place, but an amazing experience.

You can walk pretty much everywhere in town

Please note that in case you want maid service every other day on weekly stays, you will have to coordinate the days before arrival.

You must wear the wristbands and have the cards with you in order to access building all the time.

Just like the photos - spectacular! Condo and the property were everything we could ask for.Depending on your dates of travel (ours was New Years) be sure to have a white noise app to drown out the nightly club music, but didn’t bother me a bit.

Fantastic condo! Location cannot be beat in the heart of so many fantastic restaurants and cafes and a quick walk btwn condo building and affiliated hotel property to get w/o a wonderful beach. Property has a beautiful pool with swim up bar. Condo itself is clean with incredible views. Communication with Andrea was fantastic before and throughout our stay. Everything is as described in the listing. Highly recommend and would definitely return if ever back to Tamarindo!

Fantastic Stay

This property had beautiful views and the interior was fabulous. Everything was as advertised and communication with property manager was timely and efficient. The location was perfect for our two families with 4 teens among us. Easy beach access, surfing, shopping, nice pools and accesss to restaurants. Amazing Family House!

We had the best time! House was so clean and just beautiful. Six adults in our group and we had plenty of room for everyone to move around and have space. The location is perfect! We could walk everywhere we needed to go. House was well equipped with plenty of towels. Can not beat the views. Would definitely recommend for a large family.

A great place to stay in Tamarindo for comfort and location.

This was our first time in Costa Rica. The location of the condo was perfect for being able to walk everywhere. The beach was very close. The condo pool was easy to get to and fun with a swim up pool bar. There was plenty of room to spread out, have fun dinners or relax in your room. The balconies were great to experience the sunrises and watch the sun go down over the ocean. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

Great stay

The photos are no lie: the views are sensational, straight from a postcard. The house is nice. In good shape. Beds were very comfortable. AC worked fine. Having two washers and two dryers was a huge bonus, as we were a big crowd. The pool was FABULOUS. Beach just a short walk away. Beach towels were provided. Supermarket right around the corner (3 min walk) for general needs. Restaurants galore around you. We recommend Tabu for a nice lunch and fun drinks. Also a minute away is El Mercadito which is an open air market with a bunch of little restaurants (my husband said the pizza was better than most he's had in the US. The poke was wonderful, too.) I felt the security was good. The property is fenced in and our cars were safe. A guard is always there. I thought traveling to Costa Rica in May would be dicey because it's rainy season, but we enjoyed several really beautiful, sunny days.

Great property and manager

We just stayed at the property over Christmas. The property is great and as advertised. Pros: -Conveniently located between shopping, restaurants and the beach. -Safe property. You need a key to get in and there is a guard there 24/7. -Swimming pool is huge and kept clean. -Property manager is very responsive and set everything up for us. -Clean and open floorplan. -Views are outstanding and we loved all of the patio areas. Cons: -Stairs are very slippery in the unit, so be very careful when walking up and down (I would suggest to the property owner to recoat the stairs with something that adds friction). If you are older then stay in one of the rooms on the first floor and you'll be fine. As I mentioned above Andrea (property manager) was great to work with. She gave prompt responses to questions and gave great recommendations for places to eat. When we come back to Tamarindo, I will definitely be looking to book this property again. Pura Vida!

Fabulous Rental Amazing Views!

This is a fabulous location to stay in Tamarindo! The compound has security so it is very safe. The Dira property very well maintained. The staff is very courteous. Great to just be able to easily walk across the street to the beach. We cooked all of our meals so there are plenty of pots, pan and utensils. Beds are very comfortable. A/C worked perfectly! Pack n play worked great for our toddler. Sunsets are amazing from all patios.

No place to plug in a rented golf cart. Elevator needs to stay open a little longer. When I travel to a different country. I like to eat what Costa Rica people eat, not American chain food.. Overall loved the place, the country and the people.
