Lovely Villa

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything you need can be reached in the surrounding area and it is not far to the beaches either.

We hired both apartments/the whole houses, as we were a large group. The accommodation was very clean and spacious with air con in the living areas. The pool was fantastic... Large, clean and with plenty of sun loungers. There was also a lovely shaded outdoor eating area with a bbq - perfect in the evenings. The accommodation is in a brilliant location for exploring the Istrian peninsular. There's plenty to see and do. Kamenjak and Rovinj are definitely worth visiting! Our hosts were helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Everything was very straightforward. The apartments were comfortable and very clean. They were both well equipped, although the ground floor apartment did not have a sofa area/living room. As we had both apartments we all used the large upstairs living space which worked well. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again, but it is worth noting there is no air con in the bedrooms. However, we managed even in the heat of July, and the rest of the accommodation made up for it. A great place for a holiday!!!

Great stay with super friendly hosts

It was a pleasure to stay at this house with pool. The descriptions ist totally correct, and in the house you‘ll find anything you need for your stay. The neighborhood is quiet, only a few times a day, you can hear the dogs near the house. A grocery is round about three Kilometers away, and you can find there anything you need. A bakery and a small grocery is about a five ministry walk away.

We had an excellent stay. The holiday home was very clean and had everything we needed. Robi and his mom were always reachable and responded promptly. We will definitely book the holiday home again and can certainly recommend it.Wir hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt.

Mit freundlichen Grüßen Robi Thank you for your review. We try hard to make our guests comfortable. For next year we are getting new windows with better mosquito nests, but even with that there will always be mosquitos. After working and talking for a long time to our neighbours we have got the dog barking to a minimum. Unfortunately, in every village there are houses with gardens, and almost everyone has a dog, and it happens that they get upset and start barking all together. Thank you again for your stay, and you should have told me that you took a couple of towels, so we can get new ones for next guests. Best regards Robi

Very nice stay with beautiful house and pool

We had a very nice stay for about two weeks there. Everything outside the house is perfect. The pool is very big and everywhere the same deepness (about 1,4m). There are 10 sun loungers and two parasols. Also was the terrace big enough for everyone and with two chairs from insight everybody could take place on the table outside. We were very to little inside but there is also everything fine except two things: 1. No fly screens against mosquitoes because of the shutters. 2. Resulting in warmer rooms in the night because you couldn't open the windows if you didn't want to get stung all night And one disadvantage for people who don't like noises - there are dogs on the neighborhood which just constantly bark. But this was for us no real deal breaker more like a running gag. The landlord is very nice and helpful and will come about every 2/3 days to check the pool and the plants in the garden. All in all a very nice vacation especially for 10 friends who like to have a house together.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Kroatien

Fazit: sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus.
