Welcome to the Villa des Oliviers, a 72 m² air-conditioned villa with private pool, located in Saint-Brès in the Gard, facing the old village and its magnificent sunsets.

Surrounded by 12 olive trees, the villa offers a quiet and relaxing setting, ideal for holidays with family or friends, between the Cevennes, rivers and typical villages of the south.

Enjoy a semi-covered terrace facing south-west, a gas plancha, a private swimming pool with a beach and a petanque court for your moments of relaxation.

The house sleeps up to 6 people and includes a living room with dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, fibre, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a wood stove.

💻 TELECOMMUTING
A dedicated workspace is set up with desk, ergonomic chair, additional 70 cm screen, Wi-Fi and RJ45 socket. Ideal for working comfortably in a quiet environment.

🛏️ SLEEPS
Bedroom 1: 160 × 200 cm bed and fixed cot with bars available on request.
Bedroom 2: 140 × 200 bed and 90 × 200 bunk bed.

🛁 BATHROOM
Bath, shower, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Bed linen and towels provided.

🍽️ KITCHEN
American refrigerator with ice cube dispenser, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.

A secure parking space is available in the residence. A second space can be considered on request depending on the possibilities.

Cévennes, Uzès, Pont du Gard, Gorges de l'Ardèche, Bambouseraie d'Anduze, Provençal markets, rivers and medieval villages. The Mediterranean can be reached in about 1 hour 30 minutes.

Quiet area conducive to rest. The owner resides on the property in an independent accommodation, without direct view of the villa or the swimming pool. The swimming pool is maintained regularly during the stay. Non-smoking accommodation, pets not allowed. End-of-stay cleaning available as an option on request: 92 €.
