Welcome to your cozy and private 750 square foot, one-bedroom living unit in the highly sought after Mueller neighborhood. Enjoy the privacy of a separate entrance, a full kitchen with all implements and appliances, laundry, a desk/workstation, wireless internet, smart television, a king bed, and a private balcony. This is a stand-alone unit as opposed to units located in apartment complexes which are common in the area.

We work hard to ensure our guests have a wonderful stay. Check our reviews. We have many repeat customers. We believe this is the best vacation rental in the area providing the most space and amenities and the highest quality of stay at a great value.

Parking is on the street in front of the house and the unit is accessed through the alley. You will pass through a gate and walk a lighted path to find the tucked away private entrance to your living unit.

I cannot say enough great things about our overall experience! This property was immaculate, beautiful, cozy and extremely comfortable! The hosts were very responsive, welcoming and friendly and the communication was timely with regard to check-in and check out instructions. It was perfectly located to what we needed and where we needed to be.We will be staying here as often as we can as our family lives in Austin and we visit frequently. We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was the perfect size, with great amenities! They really thought of everything! We did have to park on the street and walk around back to the entrance. But it was a 1-2 minute walk max and the neighborhood and location was safe. We felt totally comfortable walking even at night! It was in great location close by to a-lot of different spots! And our host were very kind and prompt to responding to us when we had questions. We loved our experience and would definitely stay again and recommend it to our friends and family!

Aside from how beautiful this unit is - natural sunlight, open space, tons of creature comforts - the hosts were above and beyond extremely friendly and communicative. We were able to text any questions when needed. I felt hosted by them even though I never saw them!

The space is well thought-out and well laid-out for comfortable stays. The on-going care and maintenance give it the appearance of a brand new built. The stacked washer/dryer, desk space, 2 luggage racks, and large drawer under the bathroom countertop makes it easy to share the space with someone else. Wonderful apartment in a wonderful neighborhood

The apartment is even better than presented: spacious, light filled, great kitchen/living room, very comfortable bed.Mueller is a beautiful walkable neighborhood with lots of trees, many parks and restaurants all within easy walking distance. I will definitely try to stay here again.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, perfect for 2 people. Brantley and Loren were great throughout the entire process. Check-in and check-out were easy. Loren is a firefighter and Brantley is a programmer for an inventory management software company. They have two children.
