This centrally located rental (1100 SQ FT) is situated in a downtown neighborhood 2 miles from downtown, 5 miles from the airport, 7 miles from UT, with a large, fenced in back yard. This rental is fully furnished with modern appliances including dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and Washer/dryer. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs and a spacious living area downstairs. Homeaway Collects the 6% State hotel tax and leaves it to the property owners to collect the 11% city tax. There are 2 Rentals in a duplex Unit A is a 2 bedroom 1.5 Bath and Unit B is a 2 bedroom 2 Full bath Unit. prices are higher during special events like UT Home games, ACL, Formula 1 etc.

Really nice stay at the condo. The location was very convenient to music and restaurants in Austin, it was clean and comfortable and was perfect for a weekend get away. Also the host accommodated our last minute request for early check in - greatly appreciated.

Very convenient to downtown Austin and to the airport (if you have a car - not as good for walking except for around the neighborhood). The place is nicely laid out, comfortable and quiet. A very good experience thank you!

Great spot for our trip in for the ACL festival. Location made it easy to get anywhere in town without any issues. Quite neighborhood. Everything we needed was right there.
