Fun place for families to gather in their own condos. Ours was the hangout!

Such a great condo! Nice that sheets and all were furnished already on the beds. Hit the grocery store on the way in and all was good. Get the basket filters for the coffee pot. Daughter brought her kayaks. Perfect entertaining spot! Will definitely reserve again!

Quiet location. Would recommend.

Overall it was a great experience except for checking in. We could not check into the condo until 4:45 pm because it was not ready.

Problems with the air conditioning

We have stayed at this complex for many years, this was our first not great experience. As you can see from previous review the air conditioning in the 2nd bedroom has not worked since May, despite many calls and a promise from the rental agency that we would at the very least receive a temporary unit to get us through the week, we never received one nor did we receive a call back after our initial conversations with the rental agency. This caused a major humidty problem in the unit with the 2nd bedroom being unusable and the smoke alarm having to be taken down everynight or else it would continuously go off at 3 am. Even with emptying the two dehumidifiers in the unit numerous times. We were very dissapointed.

Great condo and location

The condo was in a great location and we really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that two of the air conditioner units didn’t work properly and Thomas Realty sent out a technician but could not get them to work. It wasn’t horrible but could have been a lot cooler. I will definitely stay here again.

Had a great time!

Was just as listed. Loved walking out on beach every day looking for shells. Area is very quiet and the people are friendly. My daughter made some new friends at the pool. Our only issue was the air conditioner in the twin bedroom was not working correctly and stayed warm all the time. Didn’t seem to bother the kids at all, though.

Beautiful views- cool little set up

Beautiful last minute 5 day stay- the condo had beautiful views, inside was decorated nicely and semi clean- linens could be upgraded along with mattress and ice maker was not working properly- none of which really matters when you are at the beach!!!!! 1 minute walk through the dunes - we felt like we were on a different beach each day- only 20 minutes to calabash for great fishing fleets
