Semi-detached house in a quiet St Cyprien, 65 m2 approx. classified 3 stars comprising: On the ground floor, equipped kitchen, living room, large screen TV, wifi, extra sofa bed. Upstairs 1st bedroom with 2 beds 90 cm, 2nd bedroom (accessible via 1st bedroom) with 1 bed 140 cm, shower room. Outside: private fenced garden facing south-west 80m2 approx (table, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue, independent gate and entrance, parking for the house). <br>This is a detached house in a quiet environment, away from promiscuity, excluding residences/condominiums, 3 km from the beaches and the port accessible by several cycle paths.<br>Equipment at your disposal: large screen TV, fans, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, barbecue, 2 bicycles, tennis rackets, sunbeds, etc.<br>Sheets and towels are not provided but our concierge service offers this service. A deposit cheque of 300 euros will be requested at the beginning of your stay, will not be cashed and will be returned at the end of your stay if the inventory of fixtures is correct and the accommodation is clean. From October to May inclusive, the electricity metre will be read on your arrival and departure, we will charge the usual rate of 20 cents per kwh.<br>Our dog and cat friends are happy to accept them at no extra charge on a case-by-case basis (on request) if they are not left alone in the accommodation or in the garden in your absence and do not leave any traces of their stay.
