RAINTREE VILLAS of North Myrtle Beach... oceanfront condos from Thomas Beach Vacations and terrific choices for families and couples, offering plenty of space and comfort. Each condo has a full kitchen, giving you the pleasant option of casual in-house meals or heading out to enjoy one or more of our wonderful area restaurants.

RESORT FEATURES INCLUDE an outdoor pool with poolside sundeck. The first-floor condos have beachfront screened porches. Second-floor condos have covered decks and the third floor villas have open sundecks... all with wonderful views of the ocean and beach.

CONSIDER A BEACHFRONT WINTER this year. Several Raintree Villas have very attractive off-season monthly rates for extended stays November-March. Enjoy a day at nearby Heritage Shores Nature Preserve located just a few blocks away at the end of 53rd Avenue North in Cherry Grove. The seven-acre City Park is on an island extending into the salt marsh and has walking paths, picnic shelters, a boardwalk, observation decks, a boat dock and more.

FREE WIFI is provided in each condo so you can stay conveniently connected. Motorcycles, boats, trailers, u-hauls, etc. are not permitted. Please note: Pool opens mid-May and closes October 11. Raintree does not have elevators.

Great location and beautiful views

If you love waking up and the first thing you see is the ocean, this is the place for you! Steps to the beach which is very helpful with small children. Would recommend and will book again.

Family vacation

We all enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean, well decorated and well equipped, quiet and steps away from the beach. The location was great, as it’s nice walking distance to both piers and cherry Grove Point.

Great place!

Had a great stay! Nothing better than being oceanfront! The view from the balcony was just perfect. Only slightly negative thing that I can say is that the property is listed as being located on Crescent Beach but was actually in the Cherry Grove Beach area. This was not an issue for us as Cherry Grove is beautiful, I just found it odd that it was listed as a completely different location. Would definitely stay again.

Great time in Cherry Grove

The property was exactly like the photos. The pool was not working but it was cold anyway. We really enjoyed our stay and the condo had everything you might expect. There is a Publix nearby if you need anything like dishwashing pods.

Awesome stay with an incredible ocean view !

Hard to put into words how great time my wife and I had last week. We had an awesome time ! the view from the balcony is simply incredible !!! being able to see the beauty of the ocean at any time was wonderful. We also liked the location of the property. Very quite and clean area. Not much traffic. Property had everything we needed and it was very comfortable too. Highly recommended !

Condominium was as pictured, recently renovated and well-located. The property management has archaic check in system, and very strange (frankly petty) policy on linens which we paid for but not all we’re delivered (3 texts, 2phone calls), and incorrect Wi-Fi information.

Great Condo for Anniversary Vacation

This condo was wonderful! Very clean and right on the beach. The pool was a good size as well and located beside the condo. We had a great trip and found many restaurants close by. The only issue was that the approximate location for the condo on the VRBO listing is actually pretty far from the real location. We had a great time regardless, and the approximate location could be determined by VRBO, and not the property managers. It’s the perfect size for a couple or small family to enjoy North Myrtle.

We had an amazing family vacation! We loved this place!!

This was a beautiful, clean place with a gorgeous view and right on the ocean! It was great being able to walk right down and be on the beach. The three flights of steps gave us some exercise. We also enjoyed just sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view. My husband and I had great time with our 4 children. A wonderful family vacation! We didn’t want to leave. We would love to stay here again!

Weekend getaway

The condo was in a great location and i loved having the deck right on the ocean! Everything was wonderful. The only suggestion i have is that the site should specify that linens are not provided. I only knew from one of the reviews.

The stay was good

The overall stay was good. They did not put in the description that linens were not included unless we paid an additional fee. I did not find this out until a day or 2 after I reserved and couldn’t cancel. When I was contacted via phone the person said they would send me the bed sizes and she neglected to send them all. Then I sent a message asking for all the bed sizes since the description did not include them and that took days to get a response. I had to send the message twice before I got a response. My advice, ask questions before booking because they do not tell you everything in the description of the posting.

first time to North Myrtle

This was our first time to North Myrtle. The property location is excellent, the beach in the area was not busy and very clean. Being right on the beach was great especially with it not being crowded. Free parking was included. 2 items that could be improved: the pool was closed due to Covid (ducks had taken it over). But almost other pools in the area were open. Although the beach was fantastic would have liked to have known the pool was going to be closed at booking. Was sent an email from property company a week before saying some pools were closed but we weren't going to cancel at that point. Secondly WIFI internet was awful. Was an open/free connection but speeds were terrible on all devices. Ended up using my phone as a hot spot to get better speed. Would definitely return to that building / area again.

Steps, steps and more steps

There were too many steps for carrying all the stuff needed for covid protection. Linens, groceries And all the other stuff. The pool was closed because of covid also. Everything else was great.

Was very pleased with the entire experience from the easy rental process, easy key pick up and clean condo! The flights of stairs was worth the view from inside the condo! Overall very happy and will stay again!
