THESE CLASSIC two bedroom, two bath condominiums are budget-friendly and are just across Ocean Boulevard from Cherry Grove's beach. You'll be steps from the surf, sand and beach fun!

ENJOY A LAZY DAY in the sun on the outdoor pool deck or take a leisurely stroll on the beach. Every beach vacation is better with a cook
out. To make it easy, there's a charcoal grill area and picnic tables for villa guests. Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen which makes casual in-house dining a convenient option for those times when you're not trying out fabulous local restaurants.

A PARTIAL OCEAN VIEW from the balcony is a feature for some North Beach Villas. Free WIFI is available in all villas. Sorry, golf carts, motorcycles and/or trailered vehicles are not permitted at this resort. Please note: The elevator does not have ground level access and elevator entrance is via the 1st floor.

Would have been better if there wasn't remodeling next door . Some things attention in unit like weak spots in floir of kitchen and on the deck also wall peeling off.

Thomas Beach Vaca is a wonderful group of people to work with, we have booked three stays with them this year. As the other reviewer stated, the actual condo is absolutely out-of-date and smells intensely like moth balls. We left everything open for a few hours while we went to the beach to get the smell under control. The location is perfect, towards the dead end of N. Ocean Blvd, perfect if you do have kiddos, The place was clean as far as floors went, refrigerator, oven and dishwasher were excellent...however the couch, beds and any other furniture left for some desire of cleanliness. The washer/dryer is in a utility closet in a way the dryer door opens about 8 inches (front loading) but washer is fine (top loading). I want to point out again, Thomas is awesome, AND I did not expect anything other than what we got due to the price being so low. If you go into renting a place on the beach for so little a night, please do not expected luxury. We were not on a vaca, we had to be in the area for three weeks for my job and i wanted my kids not cramped in a hotel room.

Old but good location

Thomas beach vacations was great. The property location is great along with the pool. Inside, the property is outdated with an old smell and needs to be completely gutted. The floor by the kitchen sink felt like it was going to give in from I assume water damage.
