This is a great place!

This place is clean. People are nice. It’s secluded. We really enjoyed our week. Stay there. It would be nice to have a keypad entry into our room instead of having to use a key. We left ours inside. The other one did not work so we had to go and get new keys.

Dirty unit

I love this actual place, the building. We have stayed here before in a different unit. I knew this unit was going to be a little dated and I was fine with that. What I wasn't fine with was how disgusting the place was. This place was so dirty, I didn't unpack until i cleaned the whole place. Even after i cleaned, I still was grossed out by things i couldn't clean, the couch, the carpet, pillows, pretty much everything you touched. The toilet and bathroom were the worst, it had definitely been used before us. Hair was all over the place, that is enough to gross anyone out. The toilet and tub kept stopping up, that was a real treat to deal with. We pay such a large cleaning service fee, and the place wasnt clean for us???

Perfect for 2 Easter getaway

This condo was wonderful. Exactly what we wanted for our vacation. The one/one was the perfect size, decorated well, and had the perfect view of beach and ocean. We did find several of the lights/lamps wouldn't come on, but it did nor hinder our experience.

Very small unit but okay for 2 people

The building this unit is in is very old and outdated. The condo unit is very small, less than 800 square feet but manageable for two adults. The interior furnishings (except the fridge) are old and outdated and should be replaced. The sofa and chair are worn out and uncomfortable to try to sit in, the carpet in the bedroom is very old, dirty and should be replaced. Also there is a 1970's shag type rug in the main living area that is simply awful. Bedroom tv powers on but not able to get any channels on it plus it is extremely small. If you drive a full sized vehicle plan to park across the street. We drove a full sized truck and it would not go into the parking deck without scraping the top of the radio antenna. The online photos do not accurately reflect just how small this unit is, and it is tiny. I cannot recommend this unit to others, although our dealings with Thomas was good and we will consider using them in the future.

Perfect escape

Our family of 4 stayed here for a week. It was a little snug but we didn’t mind. Everyone was super friendly. We would sit on the balcony and listen to waves. We even saw dolphins while sitting out there. The pool was great and the beach was wonderful.

Everything was really good except I had a little difficulty at check in. The place was great for what I was looking for. Overall, I would absolutely stay there again!

The unit needs a little bit of updating. We were told it would sleep at least four. The unit had a total of two pillows. The furniture seemed like it had been there for quite a long time even the outdoor patio furniture had holes in it.
