Beautiful views await you in this family friendly, quiet resort

Enjoy a relaxing vacation sitting in the living room looking out at the ocean or on the balcony. Unit is on the 7th floor. You never know when you will see a sea turtle, dolphin or flock of pelicans going by. Visit one of the Grand Strand's many restaurants or create a meal of your own in our fully stocked kitchen, including utensils, cookware and plates. A coffee maker and a Keurig are also available to help you wake up for those early morning sunrises. 1 King bed in bedroom, Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. 1.5 bathrooms to wash off the sunscreen and sand. A hair dryer can be found in the bathroom, for your convenience. We also offer rental of sheets and towels for $35 a week. You can decide if you want to leave the condo the way you found it by cleaning up prior to leaving or we will be glad to take care of it for a $100 fee.

The Oceans has a pool and large pool deck on the 4th floor with an attached recreation room where you can take a break from the sun. Vending Machines on several floors and a full grocery store with grill and salad bar across the street.

Prior to arriving you will be given a code with which to enter the unit, where you will find the keys, which you won't really need, and car pass. The code to enter the unit will be the last 4 of the phone number you provide upon booking. Owner is local and therefore will be available if any issues arise.

Cancellation policy: up to 30 days prior to arrival, your full rental amount is refundable except for the $100 deposit.

No Smoking or vaping in the unit or on the balcony. There is a smoking area by the beach entrance. We get fined if you are caught smoking or vaping in the common areas or balcony and will share that fine with you!

No Pets and No Motorcycles as per HOA.
