These two and three bedroom condos are excellent choices for your family's next beach vacation. You'll enjoy the wide, gently sloping sands in Crescent Beach and the family-friendly atmosphere that North Myrtle Beach is known for. This six-story mid-rise resort provides all the space and comfort you'll need for a special family beach vacation.

EACH SPACIOUS CONDO has a wide private balcony with wonderful views of the beach and ocean. Fully equipped kitchens give you the option of dining out at some of the excellent local restaurants or enjoying casual meals in-house.

ENJOY A SWIM in the gentle surf, lounge on the spacious sundeck, or take a refreshing dip in the beachfront pool. There's even a park-style charcoal grill for cookouts. FREE WIFI is provided in all condos. Several Crescent Sands condominiums have attractive monthly winter rental rates, too! Motorcycles are permitted but are only allowed in the annex parking area.

Needs work

Lots of water damage on most of the walls, no ice maker, 30 year old stove, Closet door in the guest bedroom broken and falling off hinges, the blinds in the living room were broken and left just laying in the floor upon our arrival. We found out at 5 pm we didn’t have any sheets on the bed when I called they said I had to rent the sheets but the laundry service was already closed. So we had to drive around and find sheets to buy for the beds. Some of the chairs on the patio are rusted and broken. One patio door is hard to open the picture behind the couch was just laying on the floor behind the couch. I found a nail and hung it back up. For the amount they charge for the “cleaning” fee they did nothing to clean the place that we could see. The view is spectacular and location is great but this condo is in desperate need of improvement if they expect to have repeat customers

Our Stay at Crescent Sands !

We booked this condo as a last minute family get a away and enjoyed our stay for the week the unit was clean and very homely the Tranquillity of the ocean was priceless, amenities were nice having access to a washer and dryer ,pool and literally steps away from the beach not to mention the area is much less traveled than the south end of the beach so it was peaceful and relaxing the ONLY issue I had with this unit is that there are updates needed such as the patio would've have been nice to lay out on the patio however the sliding doors were a pain and the outdoor carpet along with the furnishings were old and worn comparing it to the new unit that we moved to deciding to extend our vacation a few extra days i would definitely recommend this area and condo for the price we paid we were satisfied.
