We are very pleased with the condo and the amenities offered. The ocean view is spectacular. The condo is very roomy and accommodating. We were very pleased with everything. The place was great, Rueben was a great host. I recommend taking out the insurance as we had a couple of mishaps with a patio door handle and a patio chair breaking. Overall the place was great with plenty of room. The view was wonderful. We will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay. The only thing I would say that was a disappointment, was we were expecting 4 beach chairs and the one that was an actual beach chair was broken and the other chairs I would classify as camping chairs that you can't lay down in. Which wouldn't have been a big deal other that I have chairs at home and didn't bring them do to the post saying they had them. So we had to go buy chairs which aren't cheap. Everything else was perfect, I would stay there again only bring my own chairs.

Spring Break Relaxation and SUPRISE ENGAGEMENT

Unbelievable location, space and Ruben was awesome. Easy to contact and ask questions. He was quick to reply and explain the various questions we had. We will definitely come back. On a personal note, our Daughter got engaged on the beach in front of the property!

Spring Getaway

Beautiful brief trip to Myrtle

The PH was absolutely amazing, beautiful, ocean front with spacious patio. The layout of the condo was perfect for the size of our family. Very clean and supplied with anything you could need. Thank you for a great experience. Can't wait to go back next year!!

Perfect for big family

Condo was fantastic! Had all the amenities we needed for our week stay. Had plenty of room for all of us. The host kept in contact when needed and was very quick to respond when I had questions. We loved that the parking garage was under the building so it was just a quick elevator ride to our vehicles, made it so much easier when loading and unloading all of our stuff.

Perfection!!!

This place is beautiful!! We did have a few issues( it happens) but the owner was very responsive and professional. It was very clean, and very well stocked for the entire family. You can not beat the view. The resort was perfect for the rainy times. We had a blast and I would for sure book this again!! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Girls’Get Away

The penthouse was exactly as pictures showed. Just 3 miles from Barefoot landing. 3 bedrooms each with their own bath. The fact you are encouraged to leave unopened non perishable goods on the counter when leaving, so they can be donated to the local food pantry is something all Vrbo owners should do. Great idea. I would definitely stay again.

Ruben was a delight to work with. Promptly responded to my inquires. The condo was perfect for 6 of us and we'll appointed for our needs, with plenty of linens and kitchenware. Location was our preferred spot to stay. We enjoyed our week immensely!!

Bahama Sands

We had a wonderful time at this unit. Everything was as described. Parking was convenient and easy. The property is located within walking distance to many restaurants and stores were a short drive away. The view from the unit was awesome! The kitchen was extremely well supplied. We only had a slight glitch getting into the unit when we arrived but Ruben quickly told me how to resolve this. I would highly recommend this property!

Great time away..

This was a beatiful property. The checkin process was seamless. Ruben replied promptly to all correspondence. The unit, though not exactly what we expected in terms of size for a Penthouse, was above average for our time there. Hense the reason for the listing accuracy grade. The pictures make it look way more spacious than what it is. Everything else was satisfactory or better. Nevertheless, we would not hesitate to book again. Thanks Ruben for extending the opportunity to stay in this facility.

Oceanfront Condo with Beautiful views and Great Owner

We booked this property for the week after Christmas 2022 thru New Years 2023. The property exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room for the whole group of 6, can accommodate up to 10. The property has 3 Bedrooms each with a full bath. The Master has access to the huge balcony overlooking the ocean front. Very comfortable King bed . The large deep tub was the 21 Month Old baby's favorite, she wanted to take a bath every day. The kitchen was very well equipped. We cooked every meal. Although there were multiple restaurants close by, I had brought food and the kitchen was really fun to cook in. The huge George Foreman grill was able to hold 4 steaks at once. Loved using it. Can not say enough about Ruben the owner, fast response to any communication. Very accommonadating to any needs or request. Would definitely recommend and stay at this property again.

Time at the beach

Our stay at the condo was very nice. The cleaning crew let the side down as the carpets were very dirty. We had no issues with check in. My daughter found that the toaster was not working and there were no dish washer pods. Ruben was an excellent manager and someone delivered a new toaster and dish washer pods a few hours later. Ruben also called several times to check to see if everything was OK. He also let me know they were replacing the carpets at a later date. They should have been “traffic area” cleaned before our stay. The rest of the condo was clean. One of the bedrooms was small and we had to move the bed to get the door closed. The condo looks more spacious in the photographs. The lazy river water was really cold, so basically was unusable. Swimming pool always was crowded. Although it is a smoke free building when we sat on the balcony we could always smell someone smoking. We couldn’t keep the door open at all as the smoke smell got inside. Parking was easier on the 3rd and 4th floors of the garage. 1st and 2nd floor of garage was always crowded.

PH04 was great. We have stayed at Bahama Sands for several years and love the location - right on the beach. Condo was clean and very well stocked. We will be staying there again (hopefully) next year. Owner was prompt to answer any inquiries we had.
