The property lies on the edge of the charming old market town of Chateau-Renard some 80 miles south of Paris in the department of Le Loiret, the town of Montargis is some 7 miles o the west with frequent fast trains to Paris (Gare de Lyon 1 hour).
Very comfotably appointed and in excellent repair, sorrounded by broad moats and set in a magnificent landscaped park with lake, river and woods.
Together with extensive outbuildings including eight luxurious apartments, stabling, dovocot, barns, tennis court and heated swimming pool in all approximately 65 acres.
