This house can accommodate up to 14 people comfortably with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a family room, kitchenette, and plenty of parking. Enjoy a quiet evening next to the fire place or BBQ a meal for the whole group on the deck. Hours of entertainment can be had with a foosball table, TV's in every room and the nearby dunes. All the comforts of home are provided with a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and wifi. Make your vacation unforgettable in this beautiful beach house with lagoon views.

This area is among the most popular and unique of California State Parks. The 5 1/2 miles of beach open for vehicle use and the sand dunes available for off highway motor vehicle recreation are attractions for visitors from throughout the United States. Oceano Dunes is the only California State Park where vehicles may be driven on the beach. Four wheel drive / all wheel drive vehicles are recommended for driving on the beach and to the camping and off-highway vehicle use areas in the park. Beach wheelchairs are available for loan at the Pier and Grand Avenue entrances to the beach. Surfing, swimming, surf fishing, horseback riding and bird watching are popular activities. Just a few miles up the coast you'll find more activities like kayaking, cycling, wake boarding, board walking, wine tasting an so much more! Also close to restaurants, shopping and medical attention.

Amazing access and very comfortable

It was perfect for a weekend outing. We were able to walk and have a bonfire on the beach. All the rooms were clean and had comfortable beds. We saved it as a place to go back to.

Good for beach

The very nice sandy beach is just a short walk away. However, motor vehicles are also allowed on the beach. The house is good for extended families. It appears to be a conversion from a front/back two-story duplex, and the resulting layout is not ideal with two of the bedrooms in the direct path from the front to the back.

The house is big and spacious and perfect for all (10) of us. The kitchen was fully supplied from dishes to pots and pans and wine glasses. Just need a little updating in the bathroom where the bunk beds are. And the patio furniture can use some cleaning and set up as we would have used it and bbq if avail for usage. But overall it was nice and roomy .

Fun Beach Home

5 adults and 3 children spend 4 nights here - lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. Location was great - just a short 1-2 min walk to the beach. The only downside of the beach was that it was a driving beach, so it was a slight annoyance having to constantly watch for cars when walking around. The Wi-Fi was not working when we arrived, and after playing phone tag with the management company and then a technician, we gave up and figured it might be a good thing to be disconnected for a few days. The check-in and check-out process is a bit cumbersome since you have to drive to the management company to pick up the keys and also to drop them off. It's only a 15 minute drive, but still an extra step that most rentals don't have. There were also ants in the house, but we just made sure to secure all the food, so it wasn't a huge problem. All-in-all a fun stay!

friends end of year get together

I belong to a womens motorcycle riding group and we have an end of year get together each November. This year it was a small group so this house was perfect for us. Four bathrooms, with this many women that's important. Everything was as advertised and was in good condition. We'll be back.

Walking distance Beach house

We love the cleanliness of the home. The space was enough for our entire family. The layout of the house was a bit different but fun for the kids. There was enough dineware for everyone. There was enough soap for dish, towels for baths and toilet paper for the weekend. Love that it's only less than 5minute walk to the sand and surf. Our entire family really enjoyed the space. Only thing was, I was looking for a pack and play and did not find it.

Beautiful sunsets and awesome riding at the dunes

Other then the couches and bathrooms needing a better cleaning. An ant problem we had a great time . Oh and the heaters down stairs did not work.

My 16 year olds bday weekend

Another Mom and I took my daughter and her 5 close friends to go away for the weekend!! We had a great time… so close to the beach, great weather.. the girls went for a trip on a hummer tour over the Oceano dunes!! They absolutely loved it.. the hummer tours was less than a mile from beach house.. we had great food lots of laughs!! The house was perfectly located, was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend!!

Perfect for a large families!

Perfect for a large families! We just had a little maintenance issue with the door It was coming off the hinge. I called and talk to management and within 30 minutes someone showed up fixed it! They were awesome I definitely would recommend renting from Beach bum rentals.

Good layout of "family" suites. But the freezer STOP working on the second day. Melted ice cream and NO ice cubes. On second day the WiFi kept dropping... so NO WiFi. Called mgmt. Tole we'd have to wait until Monday... that did NOT work for us since we're leaving on Sunday. POOR rating for mgmt.

Great House for Family Groups

We were three generations of our family ranging in age from 11-69. The house was well equipped (except for beach chairs, towels, etc), had great living spaces, and beach access was excellent. We all had a great time!
