Host was on time and stayed in constant communication the entire stay. Checking in to make sure everything was ok! Apartment is exactly what you see in the photos. Very clean and well maintained. Perfect location! Loved staying here!

Gorgeous apartment in Paris. So conveniently located. We were a group of 3 couples and we found it very spacious and enjoyable. The check-in process was efficient and clear and we were made to feel very welcome. The metro system access points were a few minutes away. (And as a reference, we walked to Notre Dame and that was a 25min walk) I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Spacious, very clean, homey and comfortable. The staff at LivinParis could not have been more helpful. Don’t be scared off by the stairway when you enter the building. I look forward to my next stay there.

We were so pleased with the apartment. It was beautifully decorated and the living area was so spacious. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked for our 8 night stay. Beds were very comfortable. Queen beds seem to be more like US doubles. Teenage granddaughter said the sofa bed was comfortable! We felt very safe and exterior noise was minimal. Great location. Wonderful restaurants, boulangeries, shopping, etc. Easy metro access.

Clean, comfortable and helpful person who met us. Good WiFi, ample dishes and towels, comfortable beds. A little chilly, but that’s simply the limit of what’s possible in a vintage building. We would definitely stay again-even in winter.

The location was excellent, walking distance to plenty of places to eat and shop. Metro stop Arts de Metiers was just a block away with Republique just a little farther. Ernest & Valentin was super close for morning croissants and pains. Marche de Enfant Rouges is also just two blocks away. The rooms are good size for Paris standards and having two full bathrooms with toilets was nice although being located off the kitchen away from the bedrooms was different for us. Having use of the washer/dryer was very helpful as well. Host was very pleasant and gave some recommendations for nearby restaurants. Overall, we were very happy with the apartment. Be aware that the spiral staircase is small and the elevator is as well, so it took a little coordination to get everyone's bags upstairs.

Great apartment in a wonderful neighborhood

We were so pleased with our stay at this apartment in Le Marais. We felt it gave us a real sense of what it feels like to live in Paris, it was comfortable and close to all amenities, including grocery stores and boulangeries, and an easy walk or subway ride from all attractions. We’d definitely stay here again!

Everyone in our group were all very pleased with the apartment. It had character and was a very comfortable apartment to relax in after visiting the neighborhood's shops, Cafés, green spaces, and restaurants.

Overall a good stay

The location was good and the apartment was very spacious. Everything was modern and clean, so we had a great time staying here. It was surprising to us there was no A.C since we were coming from Houston so it got quite warm (we didn't realize it was uncommon in Europe to have air conditioning.)

Incredible place to stay in the heart of the Marais District. It is less than a block from the Arts et Metiers Metro stop, so convenient! We were in Paris during one of the most intense heat waves and we still had a wonderful visit. Just exploring the area around this Vrbo is a lovely way to spend time with many great restaurants and charming vintage and jewelry boutiques. The apartment is one short flight of stairs up and has a working elevator for luggage. It is charming in its design and has a well equipped kitchen. The beds are very comfortable and there is a cross breeze in the apartment—a necessity when it is hot but sometimes challenging to find in Paris. I cannot say enough positive things about how responsive and communicative the staff for LivinPars was during our stay. Henri ran a new fan over to us almost immediately when one of our quit. During the rolling blackout we had some electrical issues with outlets and the staff immediately sent Abdu over to solve the problem. This is an incredible apartment that is perfect for 6. There was lots of room to spread out and relax. I highly recommend this apartment for an immersive Parisian experience.

Nice apartment. Great location

All went perfectly during our stay. Four female friends, and we used the three bedrooms and one slept on the sofa. It was just fine, but 2 single beds in one rom would have been great! Regardless, we enjoyed the apartment and the excellent location.
