Halfway between the Marais, Beaubourg, rue Montorgueil and Place des Victoires, you are surrounded by trendy cafés and restaurants. It's the ideal place for a successful stay with family or friends.

We had an easy check in and were able to get into the apartment early (I understand this is not always possible, but worked out for us). We were offered a place to bring our luggage if the apartment wasn't ready. Someone walked us to the flat and let us in. All the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We had lots of space with six adults and a two year old. The crib provided was great too!

The pictures are accurate. The apartment was spacious for all 6 adults and so elegantly designed. The sitting area was so nice to hang out in after a long day of exploring. The apartment was quiet as it is set back from the street. The location was great and close to metro stations. Communications with the hosts was great. We loved staying here.

Paris with adult kids

This was the perfect location and space for myself, husband two adult kids and significant others. We all had our own space with plenty of room to gather. AC was a HUGE plus and there are sooo many great cafes near by. Would highly recommend.

Great Location, secure apartment

The pictures were accurate and the location was wonderful. We were within walking distance of the Louvre, great cafes, shopping, and a market across the street. We had issues with the wifi and the owner was very responsive . I would stay here again.

If you have any mobility issues be advised there is a rickety staircase. First floor actually means second in France. Host expected us to know this yet listing never mentions any stairs etc. Vrbo should be better about this. Decent location though nothing impressive nearby, had to taxi to everything. Greeter was late, had wrong key and knew nothing about the place.

Christmas in Paris

We had a wonderful stay and property was just as advertised. The flat provided lots of welcoming space for our family to spend time together including mealtime. Easy walking to everything you need as well as multiple Metro stops minutes away. It provided a great home base for our 10 day adventure in Paris over the holidays!

Beautiful Modern Paris Apartment

Beautifully appointed, modern apartment with A/C in a great location near Metro station, supermarkets, restaurants, and attractions. Quiet, with no street noise, yet adjacent to lively bakeries and cafes. Very comfortable beds and plenty of space for our family of 5 adults. Highly recommend!!

Our family of 7 including 4 teenagers had the very best stay. It was new, clean and so close to the Metro that allowed us to tour the city very easily. There was someone to meet us at check in and they were always quick to answer every question. They even helped us set up a private driver to and from the airport and for an additional fee we were able to check in early. We would stay here again.

Lovely apartment in Paris

My family and I stayed in this apartment for 3 nights after flying into Paris. It was very clean and new, the beds were really comfortable and the air con was a plus! The kitchen was minimally stocked for only very basic cooking - but the neighborhood had endless cafes, bistros, markets, etc. We walked everywhere and really enjoyed our stay.

The property is okay, but under-equipped. For example, the kitchen had no whisk, pepper mill, or kitchen towels. The agency handling the apartment is completely incompetent. They failed to meet us as arranged, failed to give us working instructions for entering the apartment, and screwed-up the booking.

Great apartment for a large group

Very large and clean with modern appliances. Beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning works very well. Showers are modern with good water temperature and pressure. Very large table to eat at that seats at least 8 people. WiFi worked well. A bit of confusion with check in and check out, but the issue was resolved quickly. Good location, as others have said with a small grocery store just across the street. We had a very nice stay! Would recommend for large families or groups.

Fantastic Apartment

This large apartment truly met the needs of our 8 family members. Basically, 3 bedrooms with the living room switched into a 4th bedroom at night. I didn’t know there were only 2 toilets in the entire apartment. The 3 showers worked well. And the kitchen had plenty of dishes, etc. We loved the newness and clean beauty of this apartment. We appreciated the washer/dryer and the smart tv!

Nice clean apartment convenient to metro

Apartment was very clean and well appointed. Beds are quite firm, but this seems to be normal in France. Air conditioning works extremely well combination washer and dryer so take that into account, it will take 3+ hours to do a cycle right across the street and a block away from the metro station. Felt quite safe. One thing to be aware of there is not a lot of natural light in the living areas although each bedroom has a window. There is only one small window into the kitchen/dining/living room.
