New house of 113 m2 that can accommodate 6 people, 50 metres from the port of Porsguen and close to the superb white sandy beach of Porsmeur. Ideal for a family holiday.
On the north coast of Léon, located between Brest and Morlaix, come and discover the coast of legends and its "pagan" country.

The house is located 3 km from the centre of Plouescat, supermarket 3 km away, casino 3 km away.
Restaurants, bars, creperie, breads, newspapers, nautical centre nearby, sand yachting....
Market on Saturday morning around the covered market of Plouescat and on Sunday morning in Kerfissien (Cléder) 7 km away.
Numerous trails along the coast for beautiful hikes. Great diversity of landscape with its km of marked trails. The proximity of the sea and the mild climate will allow you to make beautiful getaways throughout your stay.

The house is ideally located for visiting North Finistère: on one side: Roscoff, its thalassotherapy centre, its exotic garden and its departures for the magnificent island of Batz. But also Carantec (and its castle of Taureau), Plougasnou, the circuit of parish enclosures. On the other side, further west, the beautiful beach of Keremma, a stone's throw away, the bay of Goulven and, nature reserve, the rocky coast of Brignogan and Plouneours Trez, the coast of Abers, with Kerlouan and the village of Ménéham, Landéda, Plouguerneau... then a little further Brest, the tip of St Mathieu, Le Conquet, the islands of Ouessant and Molène, Oceanopolis...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison des Lilas qui est conforme à la description et aux photos. La maison est propre, très agréable avec des enfants, super bien équipée et idéalement située juste à côté de la plage. Les environs sont vraiment magnifiques. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et retenons l'adresse ;) Encore merci aux propriétaires pour leur incroyable gentillesse et pour les petites attentions laissées à notre arrivée dans les lieux. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

5 Sterne , weil einfach „hervorragend“ und sehr zu empfehlen. Es beginnt schon mit der freundlichen und unkomplizierten Kommunikation, dem Check-in mit Cidre und bretonischem Kuchen usw. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles perfekt, neu und modern UND sehr sauber. Der Strand ist schnell erreicht und wer ausserdem gerne wandert, wird hier viel Freude haben. Wir haben sehr entspannte und erholsame zwei Wochen verbracht.

Un magnifique séjour

La villa des Lilas est bien située, son agencement est très pratique et tout confort, la literie est impeccable. Situation idéale pour découvrir la région…les vastes plages, les enclos pastoraux, l île de Batz, Roscoff….un superbe accueil des propriétaires et …un petit cadeau de bienvenue…nous reviendrons !

Séjour parfait

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine, la description de la maison correspond tout à fait... je dois préciser que la maison est très bien équipée et ne manque de rien surtout à la cuisine, ce qui est vraiment rare lorsque l'on a déjà loué une maison de vacances ! PLOUESCAT

Nous remercions les propriétaires pour l’accueil avec le petit plus offert ( produits régionaux ) qui furent vite dégustés. Cette maison est bien agencée , en entrant un espace couvert pour un véhicule , un petit coin farniente avec chaises longues et bien fleuri , aux rdc les chambres qui sont spacieuses, wc et salle d’eau . Un escalier conduit a la grande pièce de vie et sa cuisine très fonctionnelle et une seconde salle d’eau , puis une grande terrasse dont une partie couverte pour les repas . De cette terrasse un autre escalier nous permet d’accéder aussi au jardin et à la cour . Nous classerons cette location dans le top 5 dans le choix de nos vacances . Pourquoi aller au bout du monde , venez à PLOUESCAT et réservez les yeux fermés à « la villa des lilas » comme nous , vous verrez des paysages magnifiques et vous serez aux Seychelles sur les dunes de keremma. Vous pourrez aussi randonner sur le gr 34 . Pas d’hésitation, retenez cette location . 4 retraités bretons qui ont découvert le Finistère nord . Encore merci à Brigitte et Marcel . À bientôt….

Erholsamer Urlaub

Sehr netter Empfang von Brigitte und ihrem Mann. Das Haus war sehr sauber und entsprach der Beschreibung. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt gehabt, viel gekocht und die Strände der Umgebung genossen.

Très bien!

La location est conforme à la description. Elle est proche du Centre Nautique, de la plage, de plusieurs restaurants et d’un dépôt de pain. La maison est grande et fonctionnelle. Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée par les propriétaires qui sont très sympathiques et rapidement disponibles en cas de petit soucis. Nous recommandons cette location !!!

Belle location bien située

Superbe location avec toutes commodités, spacieuse et tout est neuf. Vue sur mer. Situé à coté de 2 belles plages. Il y a plusieurs restaurants à 2 ou 3 min à pied. On peut se rendre à Plouescat à pied (4km). Je conseil et recommande.
