3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer, full kitchen and living room it is very spacious with 1750sqft of living space. Very nice neighborhood quiet and peaceful. But quickly can get to any restaurant or party within 5 to 8 min Uber ride basically anywhere, including Jazz Festival and Superdome. Located right in the middle of New Orleans. Walking distance to the trolley that can take you anywhere you desire to go in New Orleans!!!

Lovely 1st level stay

Our family of six stayed on the first level. The place is clean, comfortable, and has everything we need. The check-in and check-out process was easy and clearly communicated. Michael is a wonderful host, quick to respond, and brought a new hair dryer for me. We would stay here again!

Very comfortable, beds are amazing, quiet neighborhood, not far from French Quarters and Superdome. Perfect for a family of 5. Michael was easy to reach available if we need him.

Nice set-up for our family. 2 additional bedrooms besides the primary suite, one of which has double beds so it was great for the kids. The small step up to the primary bedroom and primary bathroom were a bit of a trip hazard for the senior citizens, but we able to make it work.

Good location

Stayed here for a week with 5 adults; communication was great however this is an owner occupied house. The rental unit is the ground floor and there was quite a bit of noise from the second floor - including walking around, conversations and more which can be unpleasant at times. We were provided with 1 roll of paper towel and an existing toilet paper roll in each bathroom. While the property owner offered more, it seems obvious more would be needed and shouldn't have to ask. The unit was clean and beds were comfortable. The location is less than 10 minutes drive from Tulane and Magazine Street.

The property is supposed to be supplied with more toilet paper and that i am sorry for that, the cleaning lady should have told me and if you would have mentioned something before hand I would have gladly got it to you right away but yes 1 roll of paper towel is supplied just like almost any other VRBO I have stayed in and if more is needed you would have it right away just as stated. Also I just want everyone reading this , that this VRBO is not occupy by me at all. I do occupy upstairs and which is totally separate from the unit you would stay in and don't share anything inside your VRBO. Just so there is no confusion for anyone. Its true that she heard noise and i did apologize it was a one morning emergency kind of situation that happened. I have been doing this for 5 years and you can read all my reviews on here and my 228 reviews on the other platform you can also find me there. Others have not complained because I do my best to make it to where my guest are not disturbed. As for any townhouse you will hear little things here and there but nothing to where this is unpleasant to be in.

Great place to stay, highly recommend

We were in town to watch our daughter graduate from Tulane and a couple of our adult children joined us. The location is perfect, close to Tulane, close to public transportation and shopping, and also convenient to other attractions we wanted to visit. The home was comfortable and attractive inside, and spotlessly clean. It's a quiet street, very nice. Communication with the owner was easy. There was always street parking readily available. We would be giving this an enthusiastic five stars except for a couple of little things. First the bed in the master bedroom makes VERY loud creaking and cracking noises at the slightest move, sounded like the bed was going to literally break apart, and the mattress was not at all comfortable. Second, there was no coffee provided, not even a little one-pot filter pack - so we immediately had to schlep around at night to find a store to buy coffee for the morning. We had to be out the door before 7am and doing that without coffee is not an option! All in all an excellent experience and we'd stay again if the bed was fixed.

Thanks for everything and the comments. I have completely redone the master bedroom with a brand new bedroom set and it's now king size bed ..100% better looking then it was . And I'm sorry about the coffee issue. I do have no coffee supplied on the listing so every guest would know beforehand. I do provide the filters and the pot. I will now start providing coffee for guest..I will update pictures on site after all the bedrooms are done and living room..
