Near a charming village with summer animation with its night markets; you can very quickly access the Lot for canoe trips.

A 1-kilometre walk from the house, fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the access to a plot of land with a pontoon on the Lot.

The location is 20 minutes from Villeneuve-sur-Lot, 5 minutes from Sainte-Livrade, 35 minutes from Agen, and 45 minutes from Bergerac airport.
