Stop looking and book!

I like to read reviews before booking a house. This house with its high number is what convinced me to book this property. The property was even more than we expected! Cleanest rental we have stayed in so far! The property was bigger than we imagined. The hosts have really thought everything through with this rental. Everything we needed for our stay was there(dishes, wagon, beach chairs). The host was very responsive when we had questions. 100 percent I would book this place again! Stop wasting time reading reviews and just book. You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful accommodations- updated and comfortable. We loved the kitchen and huge granite island.

Everything was in beautiful condition. Kitchen was amazing! Very organized and all the culinary supplies you could possibly need. Living areas had practically new, comfortable furniture - bedrooms were well appointed, each with updated bathrooms. Plenty of beach supplies provided for entire family. Excellent communication with the host. She was very accommodating and procided quick responses to all of our questions.

Where to stay on Siesta Key

Everything was flawless and stress free from booking to checkout. It's not often we can get our kids and grandkids together under the same roof (9 total, 6 adults and 3 kids) without total chaos. Each family had their own space. If you don't know the Sarasota and Siesta Key area, reading between the lines about where to stay, the ability to get around (traffic, shopping, etc). the quality of the amenities, and so on, you run the risk of "pot luck." Fortunately we do which is why we chose to stay here. Everything was as advertised. Accommodations were ideal and the place was stocked with everything one might need, from beach toys and a wagon to transport them in, proximity to the beach, good eating and kitchen equipment (pots, pans, mixers, utensils, etc.). Beds were comfortable, everything was spotless, rooms were exceptionally large, the layout was ideal, bathrooms were modern and well designed, and everything we might have needed was easy to find. 5 stars all the way, in every aspect...

Birthday Celebration

The property was very well maintained. The rooms are super large, and the bathrooms are all beautiful. The house was well stocked with everything needed. The walk to the beach is about a block long. Upon our arrival, Tammy, our agent, surprised us with birthday goodies on the island in the kitchen. It was so kind of her and made me feel extra special. We recommend this gem as a great vacation escape.

Best Friends Trip

9 of us Best Friends came to Siesta Key for a 1-week vacation. Great place to stay. Super Clean and Big. It had everything we needed. The island was fun and easy to get around. Our host was welcoming and accommodating.

Perfect location

Loved this property! Everything was very clean and open, the owners were easy to contact. The location is perfect for groups looking for easy and private beach access. Very short drive to the grocery stores, and the restaurants but far enough away that we weren’t in a super crowded or loud area. I would definitely book again.

Perfect beach vacation

Beautifully designed and decorated apartment with everything we needed for the beach. Gourmet kitchen is amazing. We spent a lot of time poolside enjoying our family. Great location, we watched a beach sunset every evening. Hosts, Vol and Maryah were super nice and easy to work with. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful family vacation

This beautiful condo not only offers privacy but also has large spacious living and kitchen area for family gatherings. I took our whole family Christmas week to celebrate my mother turning 80. We especially enjoyed the heated pool/patio area for grilling and hanging out. Mariya is a wonderful host that greats you upon your arrival and gives you a tour so that you feel right at home. The location is perfect as you have access to a private beach less than a 10 minute walk away. The elevator is what sold me as the condo is on the second floor and we had several family members that could not maneuver stairs.

Great Family Rental

Awesome rental for families. We had three couples (6 adults) and 4 kids ages 2-6. This property is updated and spotless. It was an easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the beach in the morning as the pool is shaded then but spent afternoons by the pool while the little kids napped inside. Each bedroom had a tv and Roku. There was plenty of space for everyone to sit at the table to eat at the same time. We spent a lot of time on the covered patio and would enjoy the breeze. The owners are very nice and assist with whatever you need. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Very nice stay

My family of 5 had a very comfortable stay at this bright and clean property. The house was well appointed and spacious and was in a great location between the Village and the restaurants and shops less than a mile south of the property as well. The walk to the beach was not bad and the beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas provided were a great touch. We did get questioned daily on the beach by employees of the beachfront resorts because, technically, we were not supposed to be utilizing their beach. The home's location only offers access to the beach through the resort property but not their beach. Some clarification on that would be good. We enjoyed the pool immensely as well as all the pool toys there for the kids. Be aware that the home is located on the busy road so you will get a lot of noise from that. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and the homeowners were responsive and helpful hosts.

Beautiful Home

Great great house!! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it. Plenty of space for a big family. There were 6 of us, and one 5 yr old. The home is new and has all the beautiful amenities you could ask for. Location is across from the beach, a 5 min walk. You can bike ride to the villages or a short car ride. The home owners are wonderful as well. Personable. The only minor, negative thing we could say is that the pool has minimal sun exposure through the day to enjoy sunbathing. It is secluded with beautiful landscaping. So, If you want to enjoy the sun, you will need to go to the beach to sunbathe. I would also suggest taking your own beach towels. Minimal towels for the beach or pool. The home was perfect otherwise!! We loved our stay!! 5 stars from our family. 👍🏻🙌🏼😊

Beautiful, spacious home near beach

Very clean home with a wonderful layout. This home easily accommodated our group of six. It has a large kitchen and walk in pantry with everything you need; full size appliances, coffee maker plus a Keurig, wine fridge, bakeware, cookware, dishes, even some spices for cooking. Publix is just a few minutes away for groceries. Due to COVID we limited our restaurant usage but it was so easy to do with this kitchen and dining space! Our Favorite restaurant (don’t be put off by it being in a strip mall) Big Water Fish Market. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. This was handy for towels and swimsuits to be refreshed. Master bedroom is large and the en-suite bath is beautiful with a tub, walk in shower and large walk in closet. The other two bedrooms have their own closets and full bathrooms. Five adults were in bedrooms and the teenager took the pullout couch in the den. There is a micro apartment on the bottom floor with a fridge, microwave, pull out couch, and full bath. This is where you access the pool and outdoor kitchen. It’s a great space on its own. We used that fridge for the bottled water to fill the cooler. The pool space was clean and great for evening swims. It’s a smaller size pool and not overly deep which would be excellent for little ones. Beach access is along Aloha Kai‘s private drive. At the end of the drive you will have to take 6 steps up to a short walkway and then 3 steps down onto the beach. Just keep this in mind when loading your cooler and wagon. The red binder describes your designated setup area on the beach. The home owners provide six lawn chairs and three umbrellas. They are perfect for 2 adults per umbrella; two regular beach umbrellas and one that can be an umbrella or a half dome shelter. At the time of our trip there were several boogie boards and floats. They also provide a rolling cooler and wagon. We really appreciated the thought put into these items! We rented a tent for the week (Tropical Beach Services) based on experiences from previous trips to the area. The rental company drills the tents deep into the sand and are very sturdy. Since we have very fair skin we need more shade coverage than the average person. We’ve been home for a few days and haven’t stopped taking about how nice this trip was and that’s largely due to this home and amenities. It is definitely going on the list for a repeat visit!

The house is absolutely amazing—spotlessly clean and incredibly well organized. Every little detail has been thoughtfully taken care of to make guests feel right at home. There are helpful labels and stickers in all the kitchen drawers and other areas of the house so you always know where everything is. The welcome binder on the counter is super useful, and the instructions for using the elevator were clear and easy to follow. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of care into every aspect of the experience.Communication with Tammy was also excellent—quick, clear, and super helpful. Thank you, Tammy, for making everything so easy!10/10 — we would absolutely stay here again!

Very clean and updated house, property manager was very communicative and accommodating. All the rooms were exceptional and the pool area was perfect for families. Beach access was a major perk because you avoided the big crowds where the public parking area is. Very convenient location as well to the Siesta shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend for all families, plenty of space for everyone.

Ahh... This was just right!

Beautiful property in a great location. Quick walk to the beach and easy drive to downtown. So happy with the pool toys and beach items, which included chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and wagon. Everything needed for our group to settle right in was in the house. Comfortable beds for a good night sleep so we were ready to go the next day. There was a good amount of info for the property and the area that we found very helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you Tammy for a wonderful stay.

Siesta Key Paradise

The property in the Siesta Key was amazing, as was our host Tammy. Communication was quick and easy. Our shower broke on our second day and Tammy got it sorted instantly. The beds are very comfortable and the house is extremely well stocked, as is the garage with pool and beach items. The only thing that we felt was lacking was a set of drawers to put clothes in, in the 4th bedroom. The bus stop outside for the Breeze and Frog bus was amazing for all of us, especially our elderly parents. We loved catching it into Siesta Key Village. We found plenty of great restaurants and cafes. Outside of the village we enjoyed two fantastic meals at Grillsmiths. The walk across the road to the beach is easy with a pull along cart and the beach is just amazing!!!! The road the house is on is a little bit noisy at times, when you are sitting outside, but then it shows what a lovely place Siesta Key is to visit, and people have to get there by car. It would not put us off staying again. Inside the house is lovely and quiet. We would love to return and we will definitely be recommending it to all our friends!!! Thank you Tammy!
