Close proximity to the North bridge you will find beach access, a short boat ride to Sarasota Bay, dining on and off the key, short drive to downtown Sarasota for more dining, theatre, the arts, St. Armands Circle, & more.

A coastal color palette & wood floors throughout. Kitchen has custom cabinetry w/glass displays, breakfast bar, granite, marble backsplash, stainless appliances, modern lighting fixtures & full complementary laundry room w/storage. Dining area (seats 8) leads you to the front lower balcony, the perfect place for a morning read & coffee. Cozy family room leads to the lower balcony overlooking the pool & tropical backyard. Master suite offers balcony access, walk-in closets, luxurious bathroom with a freeform tub, separate shower, floating vanity w/stone counters. The second level offers an en-suite bedroom and bath w/private balcony access, 3 additional guest bdrms, bath & bonus room. A Great Time

My Husband and Family were there for 2 weeks. The house was immaculate when we arrived. The VRBO listing is spot on but nicer. Plenty of room to stretch and find your own comfy spot. With all the decks and poolside it was easy. The pool was a big hit with everyone, kids and adults alike. Minor set back was there was no grill. We had an A/C issue, Heidi and her HVAC were at the house within an hour. Cannot say enough about her. So much so that we are thinking of renting next year. Periwinkle house does not disappoint.

Everything was fantastic. Beautiful house, great location, walking distance to town and beach. Communication was seemless, and the house was clean, welcoming and comfortable. My favorite part was the pool and porches, plenty of outdoor space. I'd love to stay there again.
