800m from the beautiful village of Eguilles, 8km from Aix en Provence, we offer a villa of 130m² with swimming pool completely renovated, all comfort and without vis-à-vis.
It is located on a plot of 3000 m2 planted with fruit trees and olive trees.

The accommodation
A large living room of 60m² with open kitchen and living room opens onto the terrace and the garden. Below you the swimming pool, a 12m swimming lane, awaits you. In the shade of the large oak tree, you can have lunch in the shade or rest in the hammock... Trampoline, table tennis, board games, you will feel at home.
You will have the sweetness of life in the greenery while enjoying all the possibilities of entertainment offered by the beautiful city of Aix en Provence and the surrounding region (close to many vineyards, 20 minutes from the Sainte Victoire, 30 minutes from the creeks and the blue coast, 30 minutes from the Luberon, 40 minutes from the Alpilles, 1 hour from the light quarries of Les Baux de Provence, 1 hour from the Camargue, 2 hours from the Verdon gorges and the Prealps).
Also nearby: Golf course at 4km, equestrian centre, tennis.

And with a bit of luck, if we have had a green fingers enough, you will be able to taste the tomatoes and vegetables from the vegetable garden!
Note: we have 2 little tabby cats of 6 years old totally autonomous, and who do not sleep in the house.
