La Barque is a comfortable house, ideally located in a quiet residence and only 500 metres from the beach. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed, a mezzanine with double bed and a second mezzanine with a single bed. Outside there is a charming 17 m² terrace where you can enjoy your summer evenings to the full!
Private parking space on site. Disposable pillowcases and undersheets. Air conditioning.

Ground floor:
- Air-conditioned living room with sofa and TV
- Fully equipped kitchen with central island and 4 chairs: filter and pod coffee machine, fridge with freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, electric griddle, washing machine...
- Bathroom with shower and WC

On the first floor (fully air-conditioned) :
- A staircase leads to a mezzanine with a double bed 140 x 190 cm
- Access from the mezzanine to a bedroom with a double bed 140 x 190 cm
- A second staircase leads to a second mezzanine with a single bed

Outside :
- A beautiful 17 m² terrace, equipped with a double-sided awning and furnished with two armchairs, a table, 5 chairs, and a barbecue to enjoy a good meal outside!
- Outdoor solar shower

- Quick access to local shops (cinema, restaurants, casino...)
- Supermarket at 15 min walk

Activities :
- Water sports: canoe, water ski lift, pedal boat, surfing...
- Mont Canigou at 1 hour by car
- Spanish border 50 minutes away by car

Transport :
- Bus stop near the house, serving Perpignan TGV
- Perpignan airport at 25 kilometres

Other remarks :
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation. Only one pet per stay.
- Parking place at 30 m from the house
- Stairs not recommended for very young children
- Sheets and towels not included
