Because of weather we did not use pool. It was very dirty on the bottom.The pictures had to been taken quite a while ago.The home is very dated. Needs a faceliftOutside property needs a spring clean up for sure.

A great house for family gathering on a quiet part of the beach. The place is a bit tired and could use upgrades, but the private pool is a bonus!

Hi Samual, Thank you for your feedback. We provided pest control services during your stay, and addressed the issues with the damaged items. It is worth noting that upon departure the home was left in deplorable condition, with trash, clothes, and food left scattered. Its is recommended by local pest control agencies to keep items like food and trash contained properly in the kitchen to avoid sugar ants.

Great location and great space

We had a group of 7 adults and 6 kids from 12 years to 6 months. There was room for everyone, and the house was comfortable, clean and in good repair inside, with updated bathrooms and kitchens. The outside was showing some wear but all was clean and functional. Easy walk to the beach and having the pool was a real plus!!

Nice property

We had a group of 13 and the house fit our needs. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and pot & pans. The grandkids loved the pool. While it was a little farther from the beach than other houses we’ve stayed in, the boardwalk made it easy to access. If we come back to IOP we would stay there agai.

Great location terrible cleanliness

Great location but had large roaches in a couple of places which is completely unacceptable for a property like this. Will never go back to this property again.

Breathtaking views

Excellent property and Tyler with Dunes was so very helpful. The elevator was not working but he quickly came over and followed up with us until it was fixed. We loved this house and had a nice relaxing stay!

50th Birthday Bash for Dale

Great place to celebrate any event for large group. Located on beach; pool nice but putting green could use some TLC. Saw coyotes and large snake on our boardwalk to beach. Elevator not working which was bad for 2 elderlies, otherwise no real complaints.

Fabulous stay on the beach!

I stayed at The Sunchaser vacation home with 9 other women. We were there celebrating many years of friendship and 3 recent retirements. The location of the home is perfect and the house was very roomy for the 10 of us. What impressed me the most was the personalized customer service that we received. They were extremely helpful when we had an emergency situation arise. The on-going communication regarding check-in and check-out procedures was direct and timely. I would definitely recommend this vacation home!

Really liked everything about the house. Will be back! Only thing I would like to see is a pool net. Couldn't believe there was not one. Hard to get the lizard out of the pool with a net. Other than that little item all was great.

Beautiful views with plenty of beds.

We stayed with a total of 3 families and had plenty of room. The kitchen is open and we enjoyed cooking most nights while other family members sat at the bar or large table near by. The pool is a good size with a little shade in the late afternoon which made a nice change after the beach all day. We used a large cooler for beverages since there is only one refrigerator but there is a great ice machine which allowed us to keep it full without having to run to store for ice. Lots of couches for everyone to have a place to sit. AC was good at cooling but had to bump down a bit to keep bedrooms cool at night. Second time staying at this property and would do it again.

Great beach getaway

Such an easy process to rent this spacious home with a fabulous view of the ocean. Easy walking distance to the beautiful beach , great for shell collecting! Grandkids had fun choosing either the inground pool or ocean for swimming. Super place!
