About this property

Air-conditioned apartment in villa with terrace and garden.

We offer an apartment located in a villa 3 minutes by car from the first shops (bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, tobacco, etc.) and the Calvi beach.

Our rental consists of a bedroom, an American kitchen open to a large living room with dining area, (and a convertible sofa for two people), a shower room with wc.

The rental is fully equipped. Sheets are provided.
Towels are provided on request at an additional cost (10 Euros per person for the duration of the stay).

Very bright apartment, French doors to bedroom and living room, well located in a quiet area, pleasant wooded setting, sunny terrace with deckchairs, separate entrance, shaded private parking.

A welcome basket of local products will be offered to you upon arrival.

Very nice host

We staid on the flat for two weeks. Its very nice and calm, the terasse offers a very nice view. The flat has in principle everything you need. The bath is tiny which didn‘t bothered us and you get used to it.

superbe vue sur la baie de Calvi

Logement bien situé, sur les hauteurs avec jolie vue, proche de la plage (environ 15 mns à pied). Maison très propre, lumineuse et bien équipée dans quartier calme. Hôte très accueillant et aux petits soins, sympathique. Nous avons passé un super séjour !

Für unsere Bedürfnisse eine vollkommen ausreichende Unterkunft als Startort für diverse Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Überall helle Zimmer /ausser leider im Bad/ mit grossen Fenstern und ebenfalls Terassentüren. Schöne Terrasse mit Uassicht bis aufs Meer. Die Bilder bestätigen den Eindruck vor Ort.

Séjour une semaine à Calvi chez Christian Agostini

Tout s'est très bien passé ; le logement est agréable et confortable. Juste un peu dommage que Christian n'ait pas eu le temps de finir l'entretien du jardin mais l'incertitude de la période (confinement et autres) excuse ce petit détail.

Nice apartment in good location

The apartment is in a nice, quiet area only a couple minutes drive from the beautiful Calvi beach. The kitchen is well equiped and the living area, both inside and out is very comfortable. Christian himself was an excellent host and ensured our stay was very enjoyable.

Le propriétaire des lieu, très sympathique, nous a très bien reçu. Nous le remercions pour ses petites attentions à notre arrivée. Le logement est propre, soigné, bien décoré. De plus il est idéalement placé, au calme mais non loin des premiers commerces et du centre de Calvi. La terrasse ombragée est idéale pour prendre ses repas. super séjour à Calvi et Balagne

entièrement satisfaits de notre séjour : logement conforme à la photo, bien situé, agréable, fonctionnel et en prime un propriétaire sympathique, disponible, discret et serviable qui connait très bien sa région. Si on le pouvait on reviendrait très vite pour continuer à visiter la Balagne qui regorge de paysages magnifiques et petits villages perchés et vraiment atypiques !

Semaine à Calvi

Quelques désagréments : travaux matinaux (6h) ds maison voisine .... vue sur mer uniquement debout au bord de la terrasse ds angle restreint ... peut être un ventilateur supplémentaire... Autrement logement conforme à description, calme, près des plages et de Calvi . Nous recommandons cette location .
