The condo's layout is perfect and has 2 master suites. The TVs are large and can access Netflix and all your streaming preferences.

Nice accommodations in a nice neighborhood. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub facilities. A few slow drains and a dryer filter that had not been cleaned in probably months, but an overall nice place to stay.

Great location!

We had a great stay at the Estancia. The condo was spacious and near the pool. It could have been a little cleaner (some of the dishes were dirty and there was a big spot of ketchup stuck to the floor). Also, the key to the pool didn’t work. Luckily, other guests at the pool let us in. This was quickly addressed by the property manager though. Overall, a great place to stay and we absolutely love the location.

Overall pretty good

Pretty good stay at this place, I liked the access to the pool, hot tub, pickleball and basketball. The listing says it sleeps 8 but there are only 3 beds and not much room to put an air mattress. The only other negative thing is that every time we opened the cupboard to the trash can in the kitchen, it smelled like cigarette smoke. I did love that there were 3 bathrooms with showers. I would love a lock on the master bedroom door for next time. Overall a good stay though!!

Very spacious

Very nice property. Clean and has all the amenities needed. 3 separate rooms with queen size beds and each their own bathroom. Hot tub, pickle ball and basketball right out the back door. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great condo ! The place was very nice the only issue we had was getting in the 4:00 check in was a little late and the unit was cleaned and ready earlier than that but we got there earlier and they could have been a little more flexable but overall very nice property!

An awesome place to stay in St. George...

It is difficult to write these reviews for I don't know if I should be completely honest or... here it goes! 1. the floors were really, really dirty (upon arrival) 2. the bathrooms were not fully cleaned 3. there was a strange odor in the master-bedroom and it was coming from the water-heater room (we fixed it by placing a towel over the door opening) 4. proximity to the pools was excellent! 5. the pool stayed really clean and we nicely warmed 6. the pool amenities were excellent 7. pickleball and baseball courts were both fabulous 8. the kitchen was huge 9. outdoor grill so nice along with the nice guy that game within 20 minutes of a phone call to replace our empty propane gas tank we would grill dinner 10. water pressure was nice for showers and baths 11. the AC was so cold, yeah, I had to turn down the thermostat to 74 F 12. our neighbors, well, they were smoking and drinking until really late and the smell of smoke, while you're reading a book on the patio, is not ideal when one is a non-smoker. And the following morning there were beer cans in the bushes :( Would I stay here again? Yes, I would stay on the 3rd floor, oh wait, smoke rises, right?

We missed the mark on this one, but we manage over 60 condos, employ the most experienced cleaning staff, and are known for having the cleanest condos in St George. We would love to have Peter stay with us again.

Family Getaway

This was the perfect size for our family of 4 and could have accommodated a couple more if the kids wanted to bring a friend/share a room. Ground floor location, very clean, plenty of room without feeling overly big, reasonably priced. Great access to pool and pickleball courts, but also a bit noisy in the mornings because of the proximity. I would definitely stay here again.
