A third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (Twin over full). A second full size bathroom. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. A partially finished garage serves as a first-floor guest retreat with a game room, a queen-size sleeper sofa, a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a full-size bathroom. Open the French doors off of this guest suite and you are outside in the open-air patio with outdoor furniture.
