The Space:

The home features a large fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar and separate dining area, perfect for gathering with family and friends. Enjoy an open floor plan living area with panoramic bay views and direct access to a balcony overlooking the water.



The master suite offers a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. Additional sleeping accommodations include a queen bedroom, a bunk room with two twin-over-full bunk beds, and a second full bathroom. A full-size washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.



On the first floor, the partially finished garage has been transformed into a private guest retreat complete with a game room, queen-size sleeper sofa, separate queen bedroom, and full bathroom. Open the French doors to an inviting open-air patio furnished for relaxing evenings by the bay.
