A very nicely decorated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home on the 16th tee box of Cortez Golf Course. This spacious home has a large living room, all seasons room overlooking the golf course, a large dining area, eat-in kitchen, modern kitchen and 3 nicely furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the master bath has a tub and walk-in shower. The guest bedrooms have a queen in the first guest bedroom and a full sized bed in the second guest bedroom.

Old home with nice view

Very old and outdated home with lace doilies and clutter everywhere. Carpet is surely original, as were the mattresses in secondary rooms. Door knob fell off to garage and recliner lever fell off. TV in family room does not allow you to get to a channel and the TV is not smart so there is no way to cast or watch from streaming services. Many lamps and outlets did not work. That being said, it was clean and convenient to family. The golf course view was wonderful in the morning as well.

HSV golf stay

This house and the view of fairway of Cortez Golf Course was all we would have expected and more. The home was spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Just bring your own food and beverages. TV service is cable with lots of channels for the little time we used it. The whirlpool tub doesn't work and needs the jets cleaned but we didn't want to use it anyway. As soon as we can come back to HSV I will try to book this property again.

OMG! Home away from home.

Nice and open. Loved the closed in patio as well as the out door sitting area overlooking the golf course. Loved how all the rooms were nice and neat. Plenty of room. Reminded me home away from home. Very relaxing. Loved our stay on this property. We'll be back. Thank you property owners for opening your home to us.

Nice house

The house is nice but one of the bedrooms had an old futon instead of an actual bed. You should be able to sleep 6+ comfortably but this fact keeps that from happening. It has a nice deck and screened in porch overlooking the golf course.
