Wonderful hosts, made us feel at home straight away. The location was peaceful and only a short walk away from the high street that had an excellent boulangerie, charcuterie and cheese shops, there is also a good selection of restaurants and a few bars. An excellent location from which to explore the Alsace region and venture into the Black mountains or Switzerland. The Gite has lots of old character from the outside and a modern interior with everything you need. The balcony is suitable for four people to eat and drink quite comfortably. Definitely recommend a stay at this property.

Best accommodation and hospitality possible

We expected a five star stay but added an extra ourselves because of Laura and Christophe. Lovely place - lovely couple. We felt it was our home away from home. And thanks for the tip with the shortcut to Jean Sipp.

Everything you need in beautiful Ribeauville!

Well appointed, clean, and beautifully decorated apartment that has everything you need for a wonderful stay including parking and lovely hosts as well! Laura and Christophe were absolutely amazing and so helpful even setting up dinner reservations and a wine tasting for us. They also gave lots of good recommendations of places not to miss! We cannot wait to return!

Spectacular!

Our recent stay at the charming 1513 house on the Route des Vins d'Alsace was nothing short of spectacular! The house is incredibly spacious and thoughtfully laid out, making it feel like a true home away from home. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention to detail went into making the accommodation both welcoming and luxurious. The added perks of convenient parking and the warm hospitality of the hosts, Laura and Christophe, make it even more special. They went above and beyond, assisting with dinner reservations, arranging a delightful wine tasting, and offering fantastic recommendations for must-see spots. We had an unforgettable experience and can’t wait to return!

Missing it already

Very nice place to stay in a most quaint straight out of a movie village. We stayed for a week. 5 of us: 2 little girls, husband/wife, and my mother. Enough room for all. Location was great! Hosts were very nice people. We only left today, but wish we could have stayed longer. I considered the bigger town of Colmar, but that would have been a big mistake. No where near the character and so much more relaxing. If you are on the fence, just do it. Go and enjoy your stay.
