Experience our completely renovated and generously proportioned vacation home.
We have located just a block from the downtown Carlsbad Village, with only steps to the sandy beach/beach access. Walk to local village boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and the train station.

Your vacation home surrounds you with premium-quality finishes and furnishings at its finest, it boasts the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel/resort, yet, you can live like a local by taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for cooking. This first-floor unit is in a twenty-one-unit, garden low-rise apartment building. The complex has a total of three, two-story buildings surrounded by a beautifully landscaped courtyard and grounds as well as an inviting swimming pool and BBQ area that boasts two natural gas, stainless steel BBQ grills, all of which are conveniently located at the center of the complex.

For your convenience and enjoyment, we also provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and bodyboards.

This condo is located wonderfully close to the Carlsbad beach-ocean, only steps away.. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. Has a nice patio with lounge chairs and picnic table. It’s on a nice quiet street!! Would definitely stay here again! Enjoyed our stay!!

We visited in early October (which in my opinion is California’s best season/time of year!). The location is so close to Tamarack Beach -1 block! The unit comes with everything you could ever need; towels, beach chairs, sand toys, a wagon to cart it all around!I especially loved all the outdoor patio seating, including the private patio and the patio near the pool. The rinse off station is perfect! One for whole body, one for feet, and a hose to do everything else! Literally the best place we have stayed in Carlsbad so far. We would totally book again.Family consisted of Me & Spouse, 11 year old, 8 year old and 5 year old. We all fit just right!

Great location one block from Carlsbad State Beach!

We walked on the beach every day, enjoyed the many restaurants of Carlsbad Village, and rested comfortably in the condo, with its up to date amenities. Birding was good for my birder husband, near here and at the nearby lagoons. Sad to leave on this So. CA sunny morning.
