Experience our completely renovated and generously proportioned vacation home.
We have located just a block from the downtown Carlsbad Village, with only steps to the sandy beach/beach access. Walk to local village boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and the train station.

Your vacation home surrounds you with premium-quality finishes and furnishings at its finest, it boasts the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel/resort, yet, you can live like a local by taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for cooking. This first-floor unit is in a twenty-one-unit, garden low-rise apartment building. The complex has a total of three, two-story buildings surrounded by a beautifully landscaped courtyard and grounds as well as an inviting swimming pool and BBQ area that boasts two natural gas, stainless steel BBQ grills, all of which are conveniently located at the center of the complex.

For your convenience and enjoyment, we also provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and bodyboards.

Wonderful stay

This condo is located wonderfully close to the Carlsbad beach-ocean, only steps away.. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. Has a nice patio with lounge chairs and picnic table. It’s on a nice quiet street!! Would definitely stay here again! Enjoyed our stay!!

We visited in early October (which in my opinion is California’s best season/time of year!). The location is so close to Tamarack Beach -1 block! The unit comes with everything you could ever need; towels, beach chairs, sand toys, a wagon to cart it all around!I especially loved all the outdoor patio seating, including the private patio and the patio near the pool. The rinse off station is perfect! One for whole body, one for feet, and a hose to do everything else! Literally the best place we have stayed in Carlsbad so far. We would totally book again.Family consisted of Me & Spouse, 11 year old, 8 year old and 5 year old. We all fit just right!

Great Location

The complex was very clean and inviting. The unit had everything that we needed and we enjoyed sitting on the patio. The location was great! We could walk to the beach and the Village where there was a variety of restaurants and boutique shops. We will definitely stay here again.

All the amenities of being at home. Unit had a portable AC if needed, but the cross breeze and ceiling fans were enough. Gated lot, quiet complex. Didn't use the pool because temps dropped a bit. Will definitely stay again.

Just the right amount of everything

Clean! Walkable distance to restaurants and the beach. Plenty of kitchenware with clean propane grills on the property. The pool was nice and luckily the complex never got too loud for our family during the night time. We will keep this in mind for our next Carlsbad trip.

Great location one block from Carlsbad State Beach!

We walked on the beach every day, enjoyed the many restaurants of Carlsbad Village, and rested comfortably in the condo, with its up to date amenities. Birding was good for my birder husband, near here and at the nearby lagoons. Sad to leave on this So. CA sunny morning.

Great Location

Property was exactly as listed. Stayed here with my family of 4 for a week while visiting family. Walking distance to the beach, local restaurants and shops for everything you will need, off street parking as well as a bunch of street parking. Everything we needed within the unit, including a fully stocked kitchen. Only needed to contact the host once during our stay, and immediately got a response. I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice location, lacking some basic necessities and proper communication

Location is fantastic. There is no AC there’s a portable AC so the bedrooms get extremely hot. The sheets are like sandpaper. The beds are hard. There are minimal cooking vessels are base issue with the communication with the property manager And the timeliness of concerns being addressed. The shower broke Friday. We let them know. They said they would have somebody out in the morning by 4 o’clock. No one had come out so we decided just to head up and go home since we had not been able to shower in 24 hours no accommodation or type of refund was offered. They said OK sorry for the inconvenience.

Wonderful place near the beach

We have stayed here before and it t is fabulous. Close to the beach and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood and has everything we need for our stay. Comfy beds Wi-Fi and nice furnishings. If you cook while you are there you will need to purchase everything except salt and pepper but we usually eat out or with family. Cafe Elysa is close by and has the best breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.

We came to run the Carlsbad marathon and this was the perfect place to hub out of. Walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, and shops. The VRBO was clean, quiet and safe. I’d stay again
