Elevator maintenance is handled by the Sands of Kahana resort association, which unfortunately makes the repair schedule outside our control. Unit 282 at the Sands of Kahana is a highly sought after 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom direct ocean front penthouse unit. The oversized lanai is perfect for morning coffee and afternoon sunsets. The upgrades include tile throughout, cherry kitchen cabinets with granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances, remodeled bathrooms with granite counter tops, and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
