About the host
Your host
We are so proud to offer this newly completed project that was such fun to renovate. We enjoy close proximity to Lake LBJ (we are on the water) and our Grandson, Hudson, coming over to visit with us. Lots and lots of swimming in the pool, jet skiing, boating, fishing off of the dock by the lake and indoor games when weather doesn't permit. We have shared wonderful family holidays with friends and family. We finished this unit in mid - 2019 and rarely rented it because we were up there so much more then than now. The vacation rental demand at Horseshoe Bay dictates that we allow Guests to enjoy what we created for the utmost in luxury and comfort. New HVAC, new appliances, new countertops, flooring, baths and great furnishings, plush linens and stocked kitchen dishes and details make for a perfect stay.
Why they chose this property
Because it is a cut above the rest and the location is superb. We enjoy the 2nd of 2 floors with views from the deck and no steps inside the condo.
What makes this property unique
LBJ Yacht Club and Marina is a 5 minute drive from our location which is just across the Blvd from Horseshoe Bay resort. Rent boats or jet skis and grab one of 3 day docks to take time to go cool off and grab lunch in your own private setting. We are one of only 17 condos in the complex and offer a poolside grill.
