About this property

Adorable 1920's Caretakers Apartment. A screened in porch overlooking our brick streets and large Banyon Tree make for a relaxing visit. A wonderful vintage feeling with all the modern amenities. Ride bikes to the beach (about 10 minutes by bike) or head to our downtown. Downtown St Pete has been revived with micro breweries, art studios and independent markets. 2 parks (one waterfront) within 2 blocks of our home.

I am a small business owner of Vintage Shop downtown St Pete and a native St Petian :) We raised 5 kiddos on our home and love restoring her to her glory days. We love all things Florida and especially St Petersburg. We are always about and easy to reach. We like to allow for our guests privacy but ready and willing to be here if needed.

Why they chose this property

Our property is located very near the gulf beaches without paying beach prices. We provide 2 bikes for biking to beach (about a 10 minute ride). There is a waterfront park 2 blocks away with fishing on the seawall. The Banyon apartment is a good size, comfy and has been updated with mini split ac-heat, tankless water heater and new furnishings. Thermal curtains cover the windows for lazy day sleeping in.

What makes this property unique

So close to water!! Walk 2 blocks to go fishing or have a picnic at waterfront park. Ride bikes to beach. Lovely shops and restaurants within walking distance. Quiet, historic walkable neighborhood. Pet Friendly and oh so quiet.
