Perfect

This was the first time we stayed on the bay side of the road. It was a perfectly quaint little place for me and my husband. It was nice walking out to the pier every morning and watching the dolphins play in the bay. Also public access to the beach was right across the street. There was a fun bar Friendlys just a few steps down the road. Another famous bar Mahuffers was 1.7 miles (walking distance) down the road. Great location and great atmosphere!!!

Close access to Beach

The room we stayed in (#1) was a weird set up. The area where the double bed is in is tight. Good for 1 person getting in and out of bed but not 2 as one side is against the wall. The kitchen area sink pipes rattled when in use. We were only there 2 nights so overall it met our needs. You do have a shared space in the back with others with 1 picnic table and a couple chairs on the dock although there were a set of chairs outside your door, and you had the use of the beach chairs in the garage. Nice to have access to laundry. The public beach access was pretty much right across the street which was really nice. Was cool to have the channel in bs k and also be close to the ocean.. saw 2 dolphins swim thru at one point and there are “resident” shore birds that like to stop by and hang out and get fish from the fishermen.

Anniversary weekend

The cottage was perfect for our weekend getaway for our 1st Anniversary! We loved the dock! Great location, comfy and clean!

Great place!

My daughter and I stayed for a month. Easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and beaches. Emily was fantastic! She was friendly, informative and very sweet. We loved sitting on the dock and watching the manatees, dolphins, birds and sting rays while having our morning coffee and evening cocktails. Area was safe, quiet and family friendly. This place is a diamond in the ruff. I highly recommend this place if your looking to relax and slow down. Cabin was comfortable and clean and so was the property. I also recommend the Broke and Bored for the drunken shrimp and Sea Hags for atmosphere, great food and drinks. We had such a wonderful time! We hope to return again and will recommend to family and friends!
